Ulasan Shangri-La Balagezong Snow Mountain Star Hotel

Pro: Room can see beautiful scenery. Very remote and breath taking view. This is what one pays for. Need to improve: Front desk service non-Existence, need training and improvements. We had a confirmed time with front desk for hotel staff /driver to take us to the designated scenic spots in the hotel vicinity. This was included as part of accommodation package. Late at night, front desk contacted and informed us that the previously agreed and confirmed starting time would have to be delayed by 1 hour, to ‘suit other guests’. Firstly, front desk previously confirmed scenic spot visits were one-to-one but was changed/combined with another big group of guests. Secondly, why was confirmed appointment time changed to suit other guests? We were guests too, and all guests must be treated equally. At the end, through our insistence, the original confirmed time was honoured by front desk, but our treatment by front desk staff is totally unacceptable

Location up high on the mountain. Only have hotel restaurants. My family and another couple friends were assigned rooms that are so cold (11 Deg C in early Apr) including the bed that our guide tried to contact the receptionist to help us adjust the heater. But no one came. So my husband has to personally climb approx. 50 stairs to go to the main lobby as there is no phone in the room. Someone came & tried to adjust it but he said that was the best he could do and asked us to wait for 10 min to see if the heater was working but it didn’t. I asked for a change of room. I have to climb the stairs to the assigned new room to check if the heater is warm. When all ok, then we moved our stuff. The rooms above the main building has different heater and is comfortably warm. Wasted 1.5 hrs of our rest time when we were so tired. Next the bed is hard but the pillows are too soft. Breakfast is just adequate but taste bland. They are helpful but difficult to contact them without physically climb stairs to meet them. In summary, you need a car and ability to climb stairs to stay here.

酒店升級給我們陽台大房。夜裡可以觀星，早晨可以觀看日照金山。 房間空調有熱氣，洗澡有熱水。早餐美味。 我們是住在香格里拉市中心，酒店可以安排到市中心接送。 巴拉格宗的確值得一玩。建議至少入住一晚才可以慢慢感受巴拉格宗的獨特韻味。

在山上能有這樣的環境真的很棒了、管家很熱情，司機師傅也很熱心很熱情，運氣很好看到了日照金山酒店包含的漂流項目一定要去玩 真的很特別！

周邊環境風景一級棒，但是房間老舊，衞生也不好。但是沒辦法，要求不能高，因為是鄉下山裡。沒洗澡，因為太冷了，衞生間也不乾淨。早餐人多，差。不怎麼好。可能確實山裡條件艱苦。

酒店房間比較大，就在巴拉村，可是覺得房間管理比較像民宿，不像大酒店，房間剛好冷氣有問題就沒有人能修，幸好有房間可以換，有管家服務真的不錯，想玩巴拉格宗的還有私人的接送所有行程，除了香塔需要坐大巴之外，其他都有司機接送，玩的比較隨心所欲，不用趕時間，就是深山裡麪的酒店不能要求太高的確還不錯的。

酒店不是2023年新裝修的 基本跟那倆一樣 設備老點 屋裡偏冷 水龍頭管鬆動 地板吱吱響 床頭電話線還是剪斷的 但還是不忍心跟你們差評

房間大氣、整潔、高品位。管家服務更是體貼周到，為每位遊客量身定製巴拉格宗遊覽路線和要點。景區遊客不多，更體現巴拉村的安寧。

一切都好 早餐也挺好的 前台服務員態度也很好 就是酒店房間比較陳舊一點 希望床褥被套和吹風筒可以提升

三家酒店其實是一起的，所以如果有酒店空餘的房間，都可以互相調劑。住在景區的好處就是可以慢慢玩，不用趕。

酒店在巴拉格宗景區裏面，入口處看酒店訂單就可以自駕進去。雖然山路十八彎，但車子不多開起來很舒服，可以一路開到巴拉村的酒店停車場。房間很大，設施在山區也還算不錯，關鍵推窗見景，空氣超級棒。管家很熱情地幫我們安排了全部行程，還有車接車送，壯麗的峽谷和佛塔，真是不虛此行。對面餐廳的尼西土鍋雞連吃了兩頓，味道一級棒。十年前來過這兒，這次是故地重遊，希望下次還有機會再來巴拉格宗。

來巴拉格宗訂酒店，性價比很高。包含了門票，早餐，遊玩回扣。酒店環境很舒服，地方超級美。酒店小姐姐給我們升級了房間帶陽台的，服務也很好。值得真心推薦👍👍👍

其實巴拉格宗真的是被低估了的景區，整體景區的投入其實能看的出來非常大，而且運營起來也不容易，風景對於個人來説是非常喜歡的，尤其是最頂上的香巴拉佛塔，我們一家人是住在景區內部的酒店，所以玩起來很輕鬆。而且客房管家服務很到位，會結合行程來安排遊玩時間。 獨克宗古城或迪慶機場接送站:這個服務性價比非常高，我們訂酒店之前就特意選擇這個項目，對於外地人來説很便利的服務項目。 我小孩很喜歡峽谷滑索，一開始還有點擔心會害怕，但是坐上去之後還是很不錯的，個人觀察了一下滑索的鋼繩還是很粗的。 全家人整體玩下來覺得值得在不同季節再來一次！ 整體景區其實兩天時間就足夠了，如果不住景區的話，早起一點從獨克宗古城坐旅遊專線一天完全足夠。我們是想着一家人輕鬆一點就選擇住景區慢慢玩。
