A brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has all the modern feature with comfortable bed with high quality mattress and memory pillow. The memory pillow is so good that I even bought one home. The toilet seat was heated with auto flush system. Even curtain can be electrically controlled. Room was auto lighting system. The moment you walk in, the lights were automatically switched on. Even their common toilet was very clean with all the cleaning stuff you need. See picture. Mini bar were replenished everyday with free 4 bottles of water, 2 bottles of tea, 1 can of cola drink and 1 packet of nuts. Actually we stayed in this hotel last week and this will be our second stay. I will come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is new and clean. The staffs are also very helpful and kind to allow us for free late check out. The hotel location is 15mins walking distance from NanJing Train station, which we were supposed to commute using train but ended up DD car all the time. It is rather far to walk to The Bund but it is walkable, which we did it 2 rounds. There are a lot of famous eateries around the hotel like Jia Jia Tang Bao, Jiu Mi Charcoal Lamb Pot, local snacks. Overall it is very convenient for me.

The location are superb, very convenience location, outstanding cleanliness, spacious and surround by a lots of good restaurant. Modern design and all the tourist spot are within walking distance. Their staff are really friendly and helpful, but their handling sequence are a bit confusing. They entertain all the customer in one go no matter whoever come first, and half way they will help other customer when halfway processing your check in, but this is acceptable as they are newly opening, hopefully they will improve on this. Oh ya, the robot is a plus point it make me feel super convenience without need to move your body to lobby for collect the food delivery. Robot will help to deliver to your doorstep 🤩
