Great stay at Amara Signature Shanghai, it is our 2nd stay and we are well received. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We have special needs such as interconnecting rooms and baby crib and they all provided as requested. We feel welcome and the service is excellent with some nice treatments. Special hat off for the staff of Executive Lounge, it is a warm environment, the chefs cook good food, and miss Una Yang has a good attention with us.

Very good location, 2 metro station close to the hotel, you my get a bit confuse to find it because it is between the stores so it looks like an entry to a store or restaurant. Service was excellent, our toilet had problem and we alert the staff and they took care of it very fast.

I really love this hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. Room service was good. There was a big window. AC is good. Easy walking to metro station. Good location, great staffs. I will back again next time. I will recommend for you🤩🤩😍😍

Rooms are clean and tidy.Good stuff, Nice location in shanghai where you can get everything and go everywhere easier. We had a great time in all . Will come back there for sure .

Hotel was quite a walk away from the nearest metro stations so we ended up calling a Didi for most of our commute. Other than location, everything else was great. Service staff were friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and clean and ordering food delivery or room service was very convenient with the robot sending the required things to our room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Mostly my stay was OK. The only problem of this hotel has to do with other guests and how the hotel is constructed. The doors are quite heavy. When they fall shut, the vibration propagates on the whole floor. Other guests were not considerate at all and again and again did not prevent their doors from slamming shut. This created lots of noise late at night and even midnight. Many other guests must have noticed themselves, that falling shut doors in this hotel creates noise that one can hear and feel in ones own room, but many guests also didn't give a damn about anyone but themselves, so they did not possess the courtesy to prevent their doors from slamming shut. How inconsiderate. Another problem was, that for a couple of days I had very annoying people one floor higher, who would run and jump around and apparently demolish their whole room until late at night. A couple of times I felt the urge to go upstairs and hammer their door and to ask them, whether they are insane or something. Thankfully the staff of the hotel took care of it. Unfortunately I had to contact the staff 3 separate times about this issue. It is not the fault of the staff, but this hotel does not have great sound insulation, and you will hear lots of noise from other guests frequently. Everything else was OK. The cleaning happened every day and they provided water and even coke and sprite drink every day, if one drank the drinks of the previous day. I cannot complain about the service at this hotel. The location is very close to Changshou Road, which is great. One slight issue is, that there is simply not much going on in Jing'an District, so one will have to take the metro or other means of transportation to get somewhere frequently.

The hotel is a little bit tired, but has the best location ever. Two metro stations are in about 500m. Some staff doesn't speak English but nevertheless we got the best ever possible help (for example, we had to go in an airport asap and we got taxi in 10 minutes). Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Home Inn, everything was superb starting from the location to the room itself. Very good value for money, totally recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel! The best thing is that there is a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is frequent and punctual, which easily solves the travel problem and can quickly ”recover” after the trip. The room is warmly decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. The service staff is kind and patient, and the whole experience of staying is perfect. It is super suitable for both family travel and couples travel!
