I absolutely LOVED my stay at Parkyard. Jojo was great upon check-in, and every staff member that I encountered was so kind and helpful (except for the guy who stood at the door; he didn't even respond when I greeted him). Otherwise, the stay was exceptional. The breakfast consisted of Chinese food. I was hoping for a Western breakfast, but the Chinese dishes were still tasty. The coffee was some of the best that I've had in a long time.

The location is excellent. There are the restaurants, a supermarket, and a convinient store next to the hotel. The metro station is close, about 5 minutes of walking. Guanglanlu station provides easy access to Pudong Airport, city center, and SNIEC. Service is professional and facility is clean. Very good choice for business trip.

Only stayed in this hotel for a night as it is near to my meeting location with my biz partner. This hotel looked a bit vintage to me but overall, it was not bad. 😊

The room was very clean and tidy. It may be small but still comfortable for a short stay. There are local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only problem is the smell of cigarette in the room. I hope they will solve this problem.

You get what you pay for but this hotel is clean, well appointed and set up. The staff is very friedly and helpful, the location is great for my purposes.

He was very professional and polite during the service process, with standardized movements and details, and a warm and friendly service attitude. The hotel environment is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the staff has a strong sense of service, giving people a good accommodation experience, making people feel like staying at home. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom with the bathtub was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After I checked out, I realized I had left some of my belongings in the room, and the staff contacted me and helped arrange delivery. The breakfast was good as well.

The room has a good view. The quality of the big brand is stable. The bathroom is clean and the bed is moderately soft and hard. I chose this place on the second day of my business trip. I will come again next time. It is located between the two airports in Shanghai and is flexible to walk left or right.
