During the Spring Festival, I checked into this hotel one night in advance on a cruise ship. After getting off the taxi, a staff member came to help with the luggage. The check-in was quite fast. I felt good when I entered the room, except that the space was a little small and it was difficult to open the two boxes completely. There was a small table and two chairs. I ate the takeaways in the room. The air conditioning in the room was a little bad at first, and the temperature was a little low. Later, I asked someone to check it out and it was fine. The 2-meter bed was big, enough for a family of three to sleep. The TV had one or two remote controls, which I didn't know how to use at first. The room was quite fast in delivering things. We asked for water and two pillows twice. Basically, they responded to all requests. The decoration was a little broken and needed repairs. There didn't seem to be many places to eat around, there was no view outside the window, and the floor was relatively low. The main reason was that it was cheap, only more than 200 per night. The breakfast was also good, and the uncles and aunts in the restaurant were very enthusiastic.

The place is quite nice, the rooms are cozy and have everything you may need. CityGo House is located a bit far from downtown (it takes around 30-40mins by subway), however the location itself is good, the subway station is very near, there are also many shopping malls around, where you can find anything you need. The service though was not the best. It took a long time to check in with the foreign passport, the staff looked lost and confused. Their English is very poor as well.

I have been under a lot of mental stress recently and have not rested well. I want to have a good sleep and relax. I had a meal nearby and saw that this hotel is very good in all aspects, so I took a taxi to sleep here. This bed is really comfortable and soft. I haven't slept well for several days. I slept until 10 o'clock. The sound insulation is normal. This is also an apartment that can be rented for a long time. There are yoga rooms, gyms, billiard rooms, etc. on the 3rd floor. There is a milk tea shop, a convenience store, and a cafeteria on the 1st floor. The hardware conditions and facilities in the room are very new and very good, and it is also very suitable for long-term rental here. In particular, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and has a very good personality. I like her very much. All the requirements are met and she is very patient in chatting. This is the happiest hotel experience I have ever had in Shanghai. I met good people, lived comfortably, and slept very comfortably. I will come here to recharge when I am tired next time (the yogurt is delicious, I am really happy).

The room is very large, the facilities are quite complete, and the surrounding area is also quite lively. Opposite the hotel is Gaoqiao Park, and I often see some uncles and aunts dancing. The cleaning aunt is also very easy to talk to. As long as the requirements are not excessive, the front desk and the aunt generally try their best to meet us. Oh, by the way, what surprised me even more was that there was a bathtub in the room, but no bathtub cover was provided. You can order takeout yourself, or buy a bathtub cover in advance and bring it over to take a comfortable hot bath. The hotel lobby is also very grand. In addition, there are robots in the hotel, which are very convenient for delivering food. In short, this trip with friends, let alone other things, we are very satisfied with the hotel! ! ! !

Some things that could be better: 1) They only had cheap disposable plastic cups at breakfast which made it impossible to drink hot tea or coffee. 2) The shower head was broken and the overhead shower didn’t work.
