The front desk lady found out that I am a member of Jinjianghui and reminded me that booking a room is more favorable. I stayed for another 2 days. Thank you🙏 The room facilities are recommended to be improved. The TV is good, but unfortunately the network is not good. It can't play normally and it keeps freezing. The design of the tea cabinet does not take into account guests over 1.7 meters tall. If you are not careful, you will hit your head. The mattress experience is not good, and your waist hurts after getting up.

This hotel is definitely ideal for my short night stay. The late night check in process went well, although I had a bit of delay finding it on the upstairs floor of the building. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me as an English speaker. I was assisted with getting food delivered as it was a bit late. The room was spotless, although small. I slept well in the very clean space. I would definitely do another overnight there for the price that I paid.

Hygiene: The room is relatively clean, the table is clean, the bathroom has no odor, and the shower water is evenly hot and cold. Environment: The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, spare pillows and blankets, which is the standard configuration of old enterprise hotels. The mattress is relatively hard, the quilt is thick, the air conditioner is used normally, and the TV cannot be watched. Service: The front desk service is okay. There is only one girl. When there are many people, it is a bit too busy. The hotel is located in the southwest corner of Shanghai Railway Station. It is convenient to get on and off the train. Just walk straight to the entrance.

It was pretty same like a photo and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. I thought dears hotel should be 5 star hotel hehe. But the jakuzzi was bit dirty despite that everything is great the view and the environment. 😊

I decided to stay again and haven’t regretted doing that. Helpful staff, great environment, clean and tidy. Will be coming back for sure.

The service staff has a good attitude. Most of the employees are enthusiastic and responsive, especially Hery at the front desk. After adding WeChat, he and other staff can respond to needs quickly, and the service experience is very good. The cleaning lady is also very efficient and keeps the room tidy. The receptionist at the lobby on the first floor also takes the initiative to greet us every time. Of course, there are some shortcomings: 1. Poor check-in experience. Maggie at the front desk (not sure if she was management or a relative) had a cold attitude, had no expression when checking me in, and even gave people a feeling of disdain. This makes people feel uncomfortable, and I have seen similar feedback in previous reviews. I hope the hotel can improve the service awareness of the front desk reception. 2. The quality of breakfast is average. Although there are many varieties, the quality is average. For example, the soy milk is a bit sour. After staying for three days, the overall breakfast experience has not improved much. 3. Bathroom toilet design issues. It was too loud and too sensitive, flushing automatically as soon as I entered, which was a bit of a headache in the middle of the night. In general, the hotel's hardware conditions and the service of most employees are very good, but there is still room for improvement in the details. We hope to optimize service training and facility maintenance to make the guest experience more perfect!

A very satisfying stay. I booked this hotel during the Qingming Festival. The room was very clean, and all facilities were super complete, even with a scale!!! It was so thoughtful!! The room had drip coffee and even disposable coffee cups. There were tea, mineral water and small biscuits in the refrigerator. For takeout, the robot would deliver the food to the door, and the hotel would call to notify me. It was really high-tech. Although I only stayed for two nights, I was very satisfied. I upgraded my membership and became a fan of Atour!! I plan to stay at this hotel when I come to Shanghai in the future, and Atour will be my first choice when I go to other places~ (I forgot to take pictures of the room in a hurry, but I really like it!!)

I had a great time at this hotel however was faced some odour issues from the toilet drain. It seemed perhaps it had over flowed at one point and the drain was emitting quite bad odours. Other than that the location is great, and the staff are friendly.

The five-day stay was an absolutely perfect experience. Pet-friendly: We communicated pet needs in advance, the service staff were very friendly, and the Suzhou River Trail is right outside the apartment, so you can walk your dog and enjoy the scenery every day. There are lawns to the east and west. Accommodation environment: The loft suite is bright and spacious, much better than the cramped 30-square-meter hotel. A family should live comfortably when traveling together. The house is fully equipped with range hoods, induction cookers, tableware, etc. You can also cook over a fire. All the hard requirements are met. Surrounding facilities: There are parking spaces underground, and Hanzhong Road subway station is just outside the door. Lines 1, 10, and 12 are all available, and it is very convenient to go to North Bund, the Bund, and Nanjing Road. There are large shopping malls and Hema supermarkets. There is a Hunan restaurant facing the street to the north. It is clean, delicious and affordable. I highly recommend it. Apartment service: After booking, the service staff contacted us and pushed the check-in reminder. The front desk on the first floor is open 24 hours a day, WeChat replies are received immediately, and a small gift was given when checking out. They are also very patient in communicating with the elderly.

There are not many pet-friendly hotels in Shanghai. This one is newly opened and is next to Suzhou River. It is convenient for walking the dog in the morning and evening, and the furry children are also very happy~ The breakfast is also very good, and the service of Klay at the front desk is also very thoughtful. I will come again with my furry children next time
