The Staff Are absolutely fabulous - I don’t speak any Chinese but everyone I spoke to had translation apps and were more than willing to help out. I was able to check in early and check out late at no charge and the 8th floor is a large comfortable lounge space where I was able to wait before my check in time as I had an early flight in and I am currently there again waiting for my flight out. The location is ideal being a 10 minute walk from Qufu station on line 8 and a 10 minute walk from another station on line 1. The room was excellent I had plenty of space, one of the largest beds I’ve ever had and an absolutely stunning view from the window. Everywhere was clean and tidy and I was provided with water everyday as well as someone to clean the room. The air conditioner works great which was needed as it’s been a consistent 35° throughout my trip. I’ve loved Shanghai and having somewhere safe and well connected has definitely played a part in it - I will 100% be staying here again when I visit Shanghai again in the future. The hotel is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from Metro Line 2, making it easy to explore Shanghai. Our room has the view of the iconic 1000 Trees. The room was relatively clean and comfortable, though the partial partition between the bathroom and sleeping area felt a bit awkward, as the bathroom door was visible from the bed. Breakfast was serviceable but could be improved in terms of variety and flavor.

Modern, Convenient, and 24/7 Service! We arrived very late (4 AM), but check-in was smooth—reception was available and welcoming. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, which made travel super convenient. The design is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Bonus: there’s a Family Mart right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials. Great stay overall!

Excellent hotel where I spent my night in Shanghai before taking the train to another city. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Shanghai railway station and metro. The staff at the reception speech good English. And the breakfast was good and delicious. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend it, mostly if you need something calm and near to Shanghai railway station.

Location: It's just a five-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station and incredibly easy to find (right next to Ji Hotel). You can even see Shanghai Station directly from your window! Hotel Facilities: Excellent. I have to specifically praise the hotel's body wash – the scent is absolutely divine! It's a cedarwood fragrance, very soothing and sophisticated, definitely not tacky. Hotel Breakfast: There's a fantastic variety, with plenty of Chinese options, including specialty Yangchun noodles and Banmian, all of which were delicious. I also really enjoyed the rose black tea.

Nice place to stay when in shanghai.. it has smart toilet and inside washing machine but you need to make sure again if your room will get smart toilet. it’s also near metro station as well as shanghai train station. Rui who is the desk staff is very helpful because she arranged for my charger to be sent to Chongqing when i accidentaly left it when i checked out.

I love their services. Staff are friendly (both front desk and housekeeping). The hotel is clean and nearby to eatery (Chinese noodle stall/McDonald's/Western restaurant etc), convenient store (24hrs Lawson) and Luckin Coffee. Even if we reach the hotel super late like midnight we can still get food either via Lawson or takeaway (not available to deliver to the room but there is a placement counter outside the hotel which I sometimes ordered via alipay app when on the road back to the hotel so I can collect when I reach the hotel). Very easily get Didi from the hotel as the hotel is near to Shanghai railway station (Didi driver told me this area has a lot of Didi available due to the railway station).

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, and surrounded by excellent amenities. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, offering a wealth of travel advice and assistance. The hotel boasts unique decor, creating a distinctive atmosphere. Staying here was wonderfully relaxing; the room was clean and quiet. It was pure bliss to take a shower and then just lie in bed watching a movie! Every detail was meticulously thought out. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk even provided a detailed local map and comprehensive information.

The hotel upgraded our room to executive and it comes with dinner at their Chinese restaurant. However, we were unable to make it for dinner and they offered to change it to lunch. They sent our luggage up to the room while we enjoyed the lunch. Their services are excellent and they have a counter for parcel collection on behalf of the guest. Even if the parcel arrived earlier than the day we checked into the hotel, they will receive it on behalf based on the guest name. Excellent services! The bed is big and comfortable.
