The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly. They even provided 3 meals everyday. If you’re travelling to Disneyland then this hotel would be your great choice. They have shuttle bus to many places including airport. It’s super convenient. Highly recommended!

This is a very good hotel for those who want to visit shanghai disneyland with a reasonable rate The room is clean , spacious enough , a proper air cond system , good amenities The breakfast is simple but quiet satisfying , they also provide free shuttle bus to and from disneyland and pudong airport All the staffs are very friendly and very helpfull They provide a free service laundry as well They also provide a home style chinese cuisine for your dinner , and the taste is very good with a reasonable price Very recommended hotel 👌

It was very worth the for 4 night stay. Breakfast was very excellent, tasty and delicious deserts, you can have any food type, drinks you could get. Service were excellent, such as receptions, they are easy to communicate in English compared to how difficult it can be to understand people at China. The location itself is very perfect. There is a nearby mall only 1 crossroad ahead you can get anything you like at there such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza hut, KFC, Supermarket, Mcdonalds, and the metro is only few walks away which is SUPER convenient for us to transport. Also if you're visiting the Shanghai Disneyland they will transport you there without any charge. When we arrive in Shanghai again, we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the staff members for excellent service.

Highly recommended hotel! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Initially, our booked airport transfer mistakenly took us to their sister hotel, which was 3 km away. However, the staff at Chuxin Moshe’s sister hotel quickly arranged a free transfer to the correct location, ensuring a smooth resolution. Despite the language barrier, communication was not an issue, and they handled everything efficiently. One of the highlights was the complimentary daily shuttle service to Disneyland, with multiple departure and return time options to fit our schedule. The front office team was outstanding—truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They definitely deserve recognition for their excellent service. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

We are satisfied overall. Hotel has free shuttle service. There are convenient store, KFC and starbucks coffee outside the hotel. We germt tired of the bfast of the hotel. The same menu every day. 😅

A very good hotel. If you want to go to Disney or Shanghai Wild Animal Park, it is very convenient to stay here. The environment is really good, and it lives up to the name of ”garden”. The facilities are relatively new, and the room is well equipped, including smart toilets, refrigerators, etc. The bedding, showers, and toiletries are also relatively comfortable. The design of the lobby is very distinctive, and the open-air lobby is very grand. The executive lounge and outdoor swimming pool are also quite atmospheric~ High cost performance.

Its decent hotel for its price. Staffs are nice and reply my request.nicely and very helpful. I did have a good sleep and refreshing shower. Airport shuttle runs almost once every hour. The hotel will be my top priority for next visit.

We have stayed at the Vienna Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast is quite good, offering a nice selection of food to start the day. A luggage scale in the lobby is a great touch for weighing bags before heading to the airport. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food and amenities directly to your room, which is a fun and convenient feature. Additionally, there are shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a few minutes away, making it easy to grab essentials or a meal nearby. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, making it a great value for an airport hotel. Whenever we fly from Shanghai, this will continue to be our go-to stay. Highly recommended!

Good experience in a local village. Purpose of choosing to stay here is because is near to Disneyland and at the same time we can experience the local village environment. We stay at Building B, there is the same Homestay in walking distance, both the same owner. Staff are very friendly, caring and helpful, well explained of Disneyland informations from what to prepare, how and what to enjoy. The stay include breakfast, 1 way transfer to/from airport and transport to and back from Disneyland. Just few houses away is the local mini market where you can buy some snacks and drinks, and local restaurant too

It is very close to Disneyland, very convenient. The front desk is very responsible and will communicate in advance about the shuttle bus to Disneyland. The hotel has a robot to deliver food, which is very convenient! Family, this time the accommodation experience at Dick Lake Maple Hotel is amazing! As soon as you enter the door, the staff will guide you enthusiastically and check in quickly. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the bed is soft, and you can have a dreamless night🛌. The hotel's restaurant must be praised, the dishes are rich, the ingredients are fresh, the cooking is tasty, and every dish is delicious! The leisure area has comfortable sofas and coffee, which is super cozy. The surrounding transportation is convenient and it is super convenient to travel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, just go and get it done! 💯
