Nice hotel very close to Hongqiao railway station. Comfy modern room with great soundproof. Restaurants and convenience shops around the exit. Small pool and bar on the too floor.

The room is big and nice, the dinner buffet is nice, kids corner can be better, as the area is really small and the slide is not stable, overall is a good christmas holiday staycation.

This is great place to stay . I will come back again more. This is my third time of staying here. I enjoyed everything here.

I have stayed this hotel with booking from Trip.com & also direct with Cordis, they definitely give you a worse room if you book with Trip.com, this is not correct or fair! I will complain to hotel directly about this. AC was bad, fridge did not work and run was small.

The hotel is ideally located in the Hongqiao Hub with many western restaurants on your doorstep, and 5 minutes walk to the metro station. There are shopping malls close by. Service was okay, room was big and spacious, breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location, location, Location. walking distance train station Shanghai Hongqiao . amazing clean rooms , nice breakfast and amazing lounge after 6 pm offered free with some rooms ( worth it )

Amazing hotel. Everything is fantastic. Just a suggestion for the hotel : if you can upgrade some of your toilets with spray jets that would be amazing. I snd s lot more people from India and Japan would be willing yo pat a premium for that.

Perfect Location as a travel base in China due to Hongqiao airport & railway station in walking distance while having direct access to metro 2&10. Good restaurants in the hotel and the court - much choice and good quality. Good breakfast and good service by at tentative people. Thumbs up

Right in front of Hongqiao railway station, very convenient. Hotel is great, room was beyond good. Clean, tidy and so spacious

This is my favorite place to stay in Shanghai. I only stay there a couple of times per year but they always recognize me and welcome me back. Great location for train station and airport. 5 Minute walk to the train station (for us old people)

Inside room almost 5 stars standard, but price too high as location is just because beside train station. Over price. And gave us a room facing a wall??? See attachments images, I don't know how many rooms are facing wall, or only my room, the check in officer don't like me. Pls during checking in ask room window without wall.

excellent comfortable solution because of several reasons . location is next to shops and shopping mall..connecting fir easy walk..it save me time to get out when free for dinner or some quick buy. walking distance to Hongqiao Airport, station and subway . large room ,comfortably designed looking to modern taste. safe , well serviced.

The facilities are terrific, the location is very convenient to Hongqiao rail station and airport - you can walk there through a commercial center (The Hub). And the service is top rate. Pam at the front desk helped me locate and get everything I needed - I don’t speak Chinese, so I couldn’t have done it with out her and the dedicated staff. I’ll come back here every time I’m in Shanghai Hongqiao area.
