Poor service on all accounts. Bathroom doors could not be latched, it got locked. Intercom not working. Reception had idea what works and what doesn't. Over all it was a very poor experience. The switches were not functional. Won't recommend the hotel

Land line in room not working, poor quality towels , no soaps and utilities in toilets, tea pot in room not working, only one charging switch you have option only to charge your mobile or to watch TV or Laptop. Horrible Breakfast with chapati and aalu ki Sabji in breakfast, Tea in which you can see Patti floating, better not to add complimentary breakfast. Not advisable to stay for family and kids too as well as bussiness commuters.

Place is dirty, nothing is clean. Washrooms are not cleaned at all, bed sheets are not changed, place is super super old. Faucets are dirty, nothing is good, very very disappointed and I recommend to not book this hotel if you are going with family

They couldn't find my reservation and initially refused to let me in stating that they don't have any rooms. Eventually after a long wait I was checked in as a favor. The room was noisy, dreary and filthy. Towels provided were stained and stiff like pancakes. Hot water was inadequate for a shower. There was a bright red light on the ceiling lit all the time and couldn't be turned off. Though ********** web page states a 'free airport shuttle' they charged me for it. Credit cards were not accepted and I had to pay cash.

The check in took a while to find the reservation; initially they said we don’t see it. Either way it was okay for 1 night stay and the staff were helpful.

This is a basic hotel with no extraordinary frills… check in experience was average and fast.. no facilities in the room… If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to rest, it’s fine to go… No coffee shop for 24 hrs and no room service after 11 pm Toilet are old looking and poorly light up… customer experience average… Low range hotel with no frills hotel

Hotel is very good. House keeping staffs are good. Cleaned room well. Still I am inside of this hotel. We came on 25th April for a week. Yesterday we asked a SUV car for our field trip, hotel representatives show us a car, which was good and we relied on them and finalised the deal. But today while we were at reception, they informed us arranged another car dzire, because that car is not for us. We had no option that time, we started our trip with dzire. Thought will ask them after returning from field. While we are asking them, why they did this miss ***agement ? Why they didnt inform us about the change of car? One of them is showing attitude that what we will do? He is taking us very much casual. Overall very bad experienced, which I remember always
