Super 8 by Wyndham Sevierville Riverside

It is an older hotel but you can tell that they've taken care to keep it maintained. It was very clean. My complaint Is that it said it was a queen size bed and it was a double bed. It only had three pillows not four. My husband sleeps with one under his shoulder and I like to sleep with one between my knees because of my back. When I went to the front desk before the second night they told me they did not have any extra pillows. I also put a do not disturb on the doorknob with the intention of just getting clean towels from the front desk. The man at the desk also told me he didn't have any towels. I'll be honest with you I don't know if that was the truth or if he was just being lazy but I was not happy. But it was cheap and it was clean and there were no bugs and those are the important things lol

Experience would have been great but the Lady and the front desk just wasnt very helpful 😕 but Matthew and leon were awesome anytime we called were more than willing to help out in any shape or form you guys keep up the good work and for the lady at the front desk i know your job you deal with alot of people but being nice goes a long way

The location and low cost are what I was looking for and received but this Motel 8 is not being kept up. The bottom line for the Pigeon Forge area... I got what I paid for.

There were a group of raccoons outside that made the hotel even better because they were precious. Hotel looks older in person but still not a bad stay for 100 bucks.

Looks are deceiving! Property is run down. The “free breakfast” consists of a small bowl of muffins that were empty when we went in to get ours. Guy at the desk said they were all gone and they didn’t have anymore. Mmm k. He’s the same employee that when I walked in on check-in day to see if our room was ready didn’t even ask my name or get up out of his chair to actually check. The parking lot was completely empty. The picture ******* has posted of what appears to be where you get breakfast at is non-existant. Must be a fake picture because “breakfast” was on a small table across from the check in counter. We ended up leaving the night before check out. Nothing special here and definitely won’t be back.

The staff was really professional and polite. We liked the elevator with having knee issues

Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 3. Although the property is older, the room and premise was clean and orderly. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for dining and locations. We will definitely book with this property again!

Breakfast is not included but a muffin and drink is. Supposed to be a non smoking but the room smelled like smoke. Burns In the cove. I Did like the jack and Jill rooms. More than 1 chair in the rooms would be Nice.

Stay was ok but not great. Check In staff was not personable at all but check in was pretty simple. The breakfast offered was only cold muffins and coffee. Not expecting 5 star dining but didn't expect that. Room was ok. It's dated and showing some age. The 2nd night front desk lady was awesome and so welcoming when we needed some extra towels. All in all an easy stay at an older, cheaper place.
