Hotelnya lumayan bagus, bersih terletak di dekat la valle village bisa jalan kaki, recomeded sekali

Hotel yang sangat bagus jika Anda berencana pergi ke Disneyland Paris bersama keluarga. Apartemennya sangat bagus dan mereka menyediakan bus antar-jemput untuk menuju taman.

Sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke Disneyland dari hotel, juga dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan memiliki kolam renang dalam ruangan Sangat bagus.

Hotel keluarga dengan sambutan yang sangat hangat dari Valérie, sangat tersenyum dan penuh perhatian. Lokasi bagus jika Anda datang ke Euro Disney Val d'Europe dan bahkan Paris Antar-jemput gratis ke stasiun setiap jam

Lokasinya dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki dari outlet village dan stafnya ramah. Namun, kondisi kamarnya di bawah standar. Karpetnya perlu diganti, ada bercak-bercak hitam dan tidak ada sandal kamar (mungkin itu hal yang wajar) jadi kami akhirnya memakai kaus kaki. Saya berasumsi musim panas akan panas karena tidak ada AC, tetapi cuacanya dingin jadi kami tidak merasakannya...kamar mandinya kecil dan terpisah. Secara keseluruhan, saya tidak akan kembali menginap karena kondisi apartemennya.

Staff are extremely rude. When I arrived at the reception, there was a long line waiting without any staff. I tried to go to the staff room, some of them just left. All hotel guests personal information were spread over the desk. The room was stinky and dirty. I think janitors have done a great job. The hotel just lacks maintenance and the pipe, carpet smell. The room is noisy. You can hear people banging and slamming the door ALL night long. 員工態度極差，根本去了躲懶，你可以想像reception是空無一人嗎？ 其他住客資料(證件號碼，地址比我見到）四處放， 真是經典 （圖一） 間房臭到嘔，是渠發出臭味，而且房間隔聲差，樓上不斷發出關門和掉東西的巨響，你要預計你是不能入睡的。 一間酒店陳舊和設施差都唔緊要，但基本入睡都有問題，大家真是要認真想想，我很少劣評酒店，這間可算是垃圾中的極品。

Hotel room is space have small kitchen. Hygiene is soso. Check in staff is friendly.

I did not get a chance to stay in this hotel but I think it's the worst in customer care. I booked the hotel online where their policies are not clearly outlined. My family visas delayed and I requested for them to modify our stay three weeks earlier. They promised to modify once I give them the new dates for our holiday. When we communicated the new dates, they could not answer emails and calls from the agent until the eleventh hour when they said that they can't modify our stay at the hotel which means I lost my payment for the hotel. I feel lied on, betrayed and robbed my hard earned cash. Book at your own risk.

rented a room to spend the night between Disneyland and the flight home. checked in at night, really wanted to take a bath, but the shower did not work in the room, only the tap. there was no kettle in the room, so the children were left without morning tea, and we were without coffee. there was no hairdryer either, but it was not needed, because it was not possible to buy one. at 9 a.m. they called the master to repair the shower, he looked and said that he wouldn't have time to do anything before our departure time (11 a.m.). Disneyland is a 25-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and suits for family of 5 ppl. Definitely would stay here again! The location was great near to supermarket (Auchan) or the mall val d’europe

Nice hotel, clean, spacious, with kitchen, dining table and sofa. Great location and just in front of La Vallee Village and Val d’Europe mall. There is free shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland also. Highly recommended!
