Good location, nice place for friends gathering and family

스미냑 비치에서 걸어서 15-20분 들어와야하는 sunset town에 묵었어요~ 로비에서는 멀어서 툭툭 필수지만 빈땅 슈퍼마켓이랑은 도보 5분이어서 괜찮았어요! 빌라가 굉장히 넓어서 어느 곳에 배치되나에 따라 위치의 만족도가 다를 것 같고... 풀빌라 자체로 충분한데, 깊이가 2m 까지 있어서 좀 무서웠어요 ㅋㅋ

サービスはとても良く、どんな要望でも応えていただける。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、とてもフレンドリーで、ご飯、スパ、客室どれを取っても最高のビラでした。また行きたいです。

設施非常老舊的茅草屋 非常不值得在水明漾住別墅 還不如住酒店 迎賓水果都是壞掉的 裏面也很破 冰箱上面都是老化銹掉的痕跡 網絡非常差 在房間裏連不上Wi-Fi 信號也衹有一格

房間很棒 床很舒服 提供了嬰兒床 有開放式廚房點餐或者自己做飯都很方便 二樓還有會客廳 地方很大 私人泳池超棒 院子裏的植物很美 工作人員非常友善 在這住的每一天都很開心。 美中不足的是衞生間有點老舊 早餐種類有點少 總的來説是很棒的體驗！

環境很好！值回票價！

房間超級舒服，三個卧室都很好，源自植物很茂盛。完美。

房間沒有洗漱用品，沒有風筒，不提供礦泉水，退房時間沒有彈性，到點立馬催我們走，環境也一般

面積最大，小院子風景很好，獨立泳池🏊♀️ 但是酒店設施比較舊，個人不是很推薦。

泳池很大適合一家人

We've had an amazing stay at Impiana, especially because we were graced by an upgrade from a 1 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom one which mainly benefitted us with a much larger pool! The service by the whole staff is impeccable! The villas are sprayed for bugs/mosquitos every evening and I wasn't stung once! The location is outstanding! Very close to the all the buzz - restaurants and nightlife, whilst still being in a very quiet back street. We really couldn't hear anything at night! My only point of improvement is the main breakfast area. The service and space is not that great for a 5* and it can become too loud. However, you can order (for free) breakfast to be delivered to your villa, which we did and it was the best thing! I would definitely come back!!

The villas are wonderful, immaculately clean, spacious and modern, but still have balanese character. Seminyak is very busy, but once you walk into the villas it’s so quiet and tranquil. The pool is lovely, bed comfy and facilities spot in. Staff are so, so polite and there’s a lot of choice at breakfast. We can’t recommend Impiana highly enough.

There were many good points about these villas. The staff were all amazing, very helpful and sought to fix any issues that arose. Breakfast at Oswego was better than expected with a variety of different cuisines on offer a la carte. Terrific cappuccino was a bonus. The golf buggy system worked well most of the time. Room configuration was good with separations between the bedrooms allowing for privacy. Previously mentioned the kitchens are definitely showing signs of age. The biggest drawback was the heat and specifically the pool temperature. It was like taking a warm bath, so consequently the only respite from the heat was to stay in the air conditioned bedrooms. The living area also retained the heat. After coming to Bali around ten times we know this is the hottest and most humid time of the year but we have never felt the heat or been so uncomfortable as this trip. Early on in our 5 night stay I asked if there was another villa we could move to but was told all three bedroom villas are the same configuration, so all would be hot. On the second last evening the manager spoke to us and said perhaps they could put a temporary shade over the pool but it was too late for us. He was very kind but the design cannot be corrected by him. I also raised the issue of no shade being bad for kids playing in the pool. There is lots to like about the villas but the heat very much impacted the quality and enjoyment of our family holiday.
