Everything is great, food is varied and delicious, there is a gym, adult and kids pools, and a playground. The mattresses and bedrooms are clean, the amenities in the room are complete (there is a hair dryer too). What's missing is the carpet outside the room. The carpet smells of dust, moisture and cigarettes together. there is also hair residue on the carpet.

Great hotel that offers delicious breakfast with many variations. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Almost good enough for business trip. The big mall (MOI) is nearby, walking distance but not easy to walk.

As a tourist, the first thing they gave me when I arrived at the hotel was that they were very comfortable, and the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel very warm. In terms of hotels, The room was enough for our family of four, the garden of the hotel is also beautiful, the food is not bad, overall it gives me a very good impression, I highly recommend you to try this if you have a visit to Jakarta

highly discourage this hotel if you’re on a business trip. The room is very dark and unable to do any work unless the only intention is to sleep once you’re back to the hotel room. I also experience the air conditioner system malfunction at night and sudden pouring of water from ceiling. Small space and dark room. The lobby had very bad drainage smell.

Location not bad, but the hotel utilities very old, and rusty. And toilet bowl cannot flush. Service very slow

Hotel near mall of Indonesia. Surrounded by bit of greenery in this megalopolis. Staff is courteous and service with a smile. They keep this hotel clean. The breakfast buffet has a great spread and food was nice. They could do better by providing better services. There was no iron box and iron board . When asked , was only given iron box. The lights are dim and strains your eyes at night.

The hotel’s amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and delicious dining options, added to the overall experience. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend éL Hotel Jakarta for a luxurious and seamless stay.

Room was nice and clean. Air-conditioning was strong individual rooms and living room was spacious to nicely accommodate 6 people.. Pool was nice, gym facilities are bare minimum. Hotel breakfast was amazing, the variety and the taste was really good no regrets taking the breakfast for both days. Staff were very friendly despite the language difficulties and accommodating. Location was great to get around central Jakarta. Would book again if I have a big group
