Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

Is amazing to have ahuge pillar right in between the window.. the water pressure in the shower is low. Their room rate is high among the Hilton or similar standard hotels.

This is a neat, stylish and clean hotel. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is nearby a shooping mall, 天街，which is convenient for the traveler to have meals. It takes few minutes to access the metro station.

Location is quite nice. Although there was several things which decreased our experience of staying at this place: there was no soap in the room; breakfast is sooo mediocre Overall not bad

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions. Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

Alice at the front desk provided good service. The place was clean and tidy, with good details. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was comfortable, the internet speed was fast, and it was very convenient to travel. The subway station was just a few hundred meters away.

First of all, the transportation is very convenient. It is close to Hankou Station and Fanhu Subway Station. There are many places to eat nearby. It is also close to Xibei Lake for viewing cherry blossoms. The hotel environment is also very good, very quiet, and the breakfast is also very rich. The room is very good and the location is very good. It is a few steps from Fanhu subway station. If you come to see the cherry blossoms, you can walk to Xibeihu Park in 10 minutes. There are many places to eat downstairs.
