Location and price are the key factors for my booking. Close to subway and bus station to and from airport although both are an hour trip to the international airport. Easy to get your code for self check in. Room was tiny but had everything I needed. Not luxurious but a great price, great location and good amenities

Clean, quiet, nicely service. Close to everything. Thank you guys. If you are traveling solo in seoul that one is good! There is a guest house with the same name nearby, so check the address carefully !

Terrible Winter Experience – Unacceptable Service I stayed at 24 Guesthouse Sinchon Avenue, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. First of all, be cautious—there are two hotels with the same name, and I ended up going to the wrong one initially, which was very frustrating. At first, I thought the guesthouse seemed decent. It has a self-check-in and self-check-out system. However, I stayed during winter when the outside temperature was -7°C, and from the moment I checked in, my room was freezing. Despite their claim that the floor heating was on and there was a heating pad on the bed, the room never warmed up. I waited, went out for a bit, and returned late at night only to find the room still unbearably cold. The thin blanket they provided was completely inadequate, and I became extremely sick due to the cold. I contacted the staff, and they told me to wait, but nothing improved. Later, they mentioned the heating pad was broken and would be replaced the next day—yet I was checking out the next morning! I couldn’t sleep at all that night because of the freezing temperature. I begged for extra blankets and asked for at least four to keep warm, but they told me to go upstairs to get them myself. To my frustration, there was only one extra blanket available, which was as thin as the others. I had to wear my thick jacket to try and sleep with just two thin blankets, and I felt so helpless and miserable. Their complete lack of responsibility for providing a warm and livable room during winter is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially during cold weather. The experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

The area is safe and there are shops nearby, so the location is great. I had a comfortable stay in the hotel room. winters in Korea very cold for me but the heated floors and electric carpets made it warm. The owner is kind and responds to messages promptly. I will stay here again. Thank you so much.

-clean and easy to go - it’s near the sinchon station about 5 mins by my slowing walk - have elevator - it’s proper for solo traveler which want to have private room and bathroom - can leave the luggage before/after stayed - dont have the curtain may a bit too early for wake up by the sunny outside

It was very accessible with elevator and check-in was relatively easy and fast. The room was very clean and had a nice fragrance. Size was as shown in the pictures, small for my big luggage though I still managed. The bed too is small and a little creaky. There was a slight draft that comes from the side but overall it wasn't cold.

Great value for money! Great location! Close to Daiso, Olive Young, Hyundai Department Store. Few minutes walk from Sinchon Station and Yonsei University. Staff response very promptly

This is a great guesthouse. I’ve booked it multiple times on trips to Seoul. It’s in sinchon which is a great area and the rooms are clean and big.

This is my 1st choice or Staycation when I visit Seoul.. haste free check in and out..the host is very accommodating. Highly recommended

I stayed at this accommodation 2nd times. Location's so excellent, near subway and bus station. Comfortable for traveler. Staff is quickly responsible.

I like it, the location was very good, the station are just in 2 minutes in walk, very good quarter. The room is small but that's no surprise, it's exactly as pictured and enough for one person, you stay in the room just to sleep, the rest of the day you're busy sightseeing so enough, I recommend of course :)

Good location, simple and small room but has sufficient necessities a traveller need. Downstairs and surrounding have a lot of eateries which are good and value for money. Near subway. Recommended to travellers not looking for posh hotels.
