Ruanggan agak sepit.

Saya kira saya tidak akan pergi lagi. Charger rusak dan tidak bisa digunakan, ada jamur di wallpaper, banyak debu, ada handuk di langit-langit yang saya tidak tahu kenapa, dan ketika saya berbaring di tempat tidur, ada sarang laba-laba di atas saya kepala. (Saya pikir alasan pencahayaannya gelap adalah untuk tidak menunjukkannya meskipun saya kurang membersihkannya.) Laci pengering basah dan terkelupas dan tidak mau menutup. tidak pernah pergi ke sini

The service has been excellent. The location is very good. The interior is of top quality. The staff and management are most helpful. A very friendly and efficient atmostphere.

It's really horrible for the reception services, they are all very rude, and they had a bad attitude even though we didn't do anything, we just came in to check in. When we were in the room, the room was so dark and old. The television was not user-friendly and didn't have any instructions for foreign customers. The room cleaning was quite mediocre. But the bed was quite comfortable for me. The hotel and the MTR exit were around 10 minutes away by walking. It's not exactly in the Gangnam city center. It was a terrible experience for me when I visited Korea.

Close to Downtown, shopping mall, subway station, restaurants and more Clean

I liked the hotel. It is near everything . Enjoying walk to look around . The room is big, the service is good, I will stay there when I come back next.

Hotel Soulhada is a beautiful boutique hotel, room is very big, each room has different decor but all very stylish, Very good location, the things I think need to be improved is the reception and the towel in the room are bit old need to be upgraded

Location is great. Service was not great.

I was booked twice to stay here. Can’t complain. Everything is good. The location is good and very convenient. Two subway stations next to the left and right sides. In 3-5 minutes by walking there is a bus ! that can take you to the airport (price 17,000 won). Also there are many exchange offices and restaurants, coffee shops, 7 eleven and so on. The room is big, warm and cozy. Can recommend you, for those who wanna live near of Gangnam Station 🚉

Well located, a few minutes walk from the subway. Staff speaks good English and helpful with check in. Reasonable for the price. The room looks a little bit old and cleanliness is average.
