Ulasan Hotel Alfonso XIII, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Seville

Worst hotel stay ever and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. This was the hotel that I was most looking forward to staying at, as well as being one of the most expensive, on our grand Spain tour but it ended up being such a let down in every possible way. The public areas are really beautiful and historical but the rooms are a disaster, all the facilities are just simply way too outdated for this age and time without significant updates. The bathroom leaks water and the tiles are not slip resistant and my friend slipped and fell. The furniture is shabby and tattered. When we first checked in to the room the rubbish from the previous guests was still in the waste bin which really is disgusting. Pillows are cheap and floppy. My honest advice is to visit the hotel for the architectural beauty and find another hotel for accommodation.

Probably the best hotel in Seville!! Located in the heart of the tourist area.

懷舊電影場景般的酒店 地理位置優越 去大教堂 西班牙廣場 王宮 都是步行可達。早餐內容豐富多樣 服務員不多 有需要就要卯着服務員得空 立即動手示意 房間設施年久 廁所門推拉要用力 席夢思彈簧年邁體弱 翻身就會發出聲音。

這是本次旅行最滿意的酒店，離景點很近，步行去皇宮和教堂十分鐘以內。房間很大很寬敞，工作人員很熱情、很盡責。酒店很有特色、電梯很古樸。早餐非常棒，就餐環境很美、選擇很多。行李會送到房間。晚上出去逛逛也很方便。很安全。強烈推薦。

酒店很漂亮，特別感謝打擾衞生的工作人員，很敬業，下午入住之後還打掃了第二遍。門廳送花的女服務員特別噁心人，看到外國人去了趕緊笑臉迎接上去送花，看到我去了全程挎着臉往一邊躲，可能我的身份不配入住他們酒店吧

潘多拉的盒子，一個5星級酒店連上手房客地上的頭髮也不清潔一下嗎。我是短頭髮的，自己住，不會有這麼長的頭髮

酒店很不錯，還有一個露台很舒服，雖然有點陳舊，住一樓有小蟲子，塞維利亞的夏天太炎熱了。推薦酒店對面的雪糕店，橘子口味酸酸甜甜很解暑。酒店的早餐環境很不錯。晚上還有鋼琴表演，夢迴歐洲古老時光。

酒店位置很方便 景點可以步行到達 早餐環境很漂亮 食物選擇不算太豐富 中規中矩 房間比較寬敞 但隔音一般 歐洲盃時間有點吵 其他還不錯

塞維利亞地標性的酒店，交通便利，各大景點基本步行可到。酒店非常精美，工作人員服務熱情，非常非常滿意。

訂了二間房，一間給了電梯邊上，前台跟我説二間離得很近，結果上樓發現離得蠻遠的。到了四點左右，這間房居然就和呆在酒吧一模一樣，吵到無法呆在裏面！下樓讓女兒問前台晚上會不會吵到不能睡覺，前台裝不知道這情況。我親自上去板起面孔一本正經和她交涉，讓她去我房間看一下，我需要的是晚上能睡覺，不要酒吧一直到二三點，這時她又知道會有很響音樂和女高音了，告訴我9:30會結束，最後事實一直到10:30才結束音浪！

酒店歷史悠久，位置優越，周邊景點集中。酒店裝飾古典優雅，吸引了很多人前來觀賞。酒店服務很好，設施略有些老舊。是當地特色住宿的優選。早餐品種豐富，口味很好，滿意的入住！
