I enjoyed the location as it was located right within a bustling street with a wide number of restaurants. It was also within walking distance to Lotte World Mall, which provided convenient access to groceries, food, shopping, and also the metro system.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, there were visible marks, stains, and dents around the room (on the walls etc). This was a striking difference from the exterior of the hotel and the lobby, which looked impressive and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room looks like it was not maintained in a long time.

The Hotel the Castle Jamsil is on a busy nightlife street. There are many bars, restaurants, and places for adults.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, powerful air conditioning, and comfortable.
Cons: small room, not many amenities, leaky toilet, and noisy.

Everything was good in the room. It feels all equipment are new and well functioning. The only thing I would recommend to potentially change is the hallway aroma which seems to be very intense.
Other than that, a great place to spend a few days in the city of Seoul.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately the area was very busy and there was a lot of noise from outside which continued until early hours of the morning. The room could have been cleaner and towels were old and not enough.

The room is not very big but is definitely clean. The service staff very helpful even they can’t speak our language she will try their level best to assist us. They are very honest too because we forgot our ring and they manage to find it and return it back to us. The location have a lot of foods but just one thing if u are not someone who likes to drink maybe is not where u wanted to stay. Not recommended if you are travelling with kids

適合帶孩子遊玩居住，長者入住，如果不是主樓會走很多台階，不是很方便，吃的很一般，服務還不錯，因為台階多，行李不方便拿，都是服務員幫忙提的
