Exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and unparalleled amenities made my stay at the Willow Creek Resort truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The stay was great overall. They also provide three charging cables which I like. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush and all but it was alright with me. The only downside is that it would be good if a separate reception can be available at the executive tower after 10pm cos it’s quite troublesome. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The location is great. The room is clean, service and amenities are great as well.

33 floor with a nice view of Namsan Tower and clouds passing view on the windows - overall very good feeling.

Have always enjoyed The Executive Tower. The only disappointment this time is that the hotel’s new policy of 11am check-out time.

The service is first-class. From the moment you get off the bus to the hotel, there is someone to greet you and carry your luggage. The check in lobby is on the 15th floor. It's a super comfortable counter. It would be better if there is a welcome drink. The waiter will carry the luggage to the room and has a professional attitude. Even if you forgot to bring a charging plug, the service desk will deliver it immediately, which is great! The room is large enough, the water pressure and hot water are good, and the bathtub comes with bath salts. Needless to say the location, there is an underground entrance downstairs, direct access to the airport bus, Myeongdong Street is across the road, and there are a lot of street food at night. Will definitely stay again!

We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but the toilet got clogged, so we had to change rooms, which was a bit inconvenient as we were on different floors. The first premium twin room was easier to use, including traffic flow, than the corner suite we were replaced with, and I wish the toilet hadn't been clogged. That's the only complaint I have. But everyone in the family was satisfied, so overall it was a very good trip. I would like to use it again.

It was a great hotel with a great view. I would definitely go back again. It was convenient to get to many places in Seoul and it was close to the station.

We were upgraded to a room with a great view on the 33rd floor. The staff were very attentive.

The cost-effectiveness is very poor compared to the price. The facilities are just so-so, the location is just so-so, and the service is just so-so. I think Lotte is going to fail.
