Ulasan Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam

Bolehkah saya katakan bahwa foto-foto yang disediakan hotel itu sangat menipu?! Kami check in dan tercengang saat masuk ke kamar karena betapa tuanya kamar itu dibandingkan dengan ***a kontemporer di foto-foto. Kamar-kamar ini jelas tidak terawat dengan baik. Saya merasa seperti kembali ke masa lalu! Sejujurnya, saya merasa sedikit kotor jika tidak masuk kamar dengan memakai sepatu. Ketika saya bertanya apakah kami dapat bertukar kamar karena tidak sesuai dengan foto-foto yang ada di internet, mereka langsung menutup telepon saya tanpa mencoba memeriksa sistem mereka dan menyatakan bahwa kamar-kamar itu sudah dipesan penuh. Dugaan saya, kamar-kamar ini akan ditempati oleh non-anggota atau anggota yang memesan kamar melalui agen perjalanan lain. Terlepas dari itu, saya jelas tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Really good and easy hotel to stay at, close to the metro. Nothing wrong with this one, would stay here again.

Location was good, just a few minutes walk to COEX mall. Room was under maintenance and old, and no toothbrush was provided

Location was good in the area. But the room abit small despite a free upgrade.

1. Location was not as near to the subway as expected (it’s slightly ＞10min walk so it’s highly not recommended in winter), better to use the bus (5min). 2. Cleanliness was alright at first. But subsequently, I think the cleaning lady got lazy and the daily servicing worsened day by day. (So I’m glad I only booked 3 nights here). Also, bits of small plastic food packaging/flyers (apologies but only have a blurry pic below) left by the previous guests under the bed were not thoroughly cleaned so the carpet area is kind of dirtier than you would expect. 3. Airport bus was also further than I expected. The bus stop name mentioned its hotel name so I thought it would literally be right outside but nope, it was across the road and we had to drag our heavy luggage across the long zebra crossing (with patches of uneven road)… 4. Perhaps one commendable thing would be their staff at L1 reception, really helpful and there’s also a luggage weighing machine (in case you overbuy and need to check like me)

The breakfast is good , the restaurant is large The direst transport to the Incheon Airport by the limousine airport bus ( 6103 non stop ) from the city airport tower ) and there are the free taxi go to hotel I stayed 2 time The second time I stayed the standard room The bathroom is so small The hotel is clean , renovated and free water , microwave in rest rooms for guests at the 14 floor

The location is ok. You need to walk 7-10 mins from airport bus stop. Room is comfortable for solo traveler. There's lot of restaurants around this area for you to wait until check-in time. Cleanliness is ok.

A room a bit small for 2 people but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast were great but slightly change day by day. Location were great close to coex and subway

Ibis Styles Ambassador is in great location, easy transportation and lots of choice on food and beverages, hotel facilities are comprehensive, room is a bit small but ok, services are very good.

The lady at the front desk is very nice and kind. She gave us the great information and answered all the questions in good english.

Over all very satisfied, nice room & good location.

Nice clean room. The room size is decent and right next to the street of restaurants. Around 10min walk from the metro station

Although the hotel is not close to the station, it’s close to the bus station and airport bus station! The staff are all nice and helpful!
