Отличный отель прямо возле станции метро Тондемун.Из окна открывается просто чудесный вид на Сеул.В номерах чисто,есть все самое необходимое. Обслуживание тоже хорошее Проблемы решаются достаточно быстро.

호텔이라고 생각하고 급하게 구했는데 알고보니 게스트하우스 인것 같았어요
방을 보고 당황했어요 나이드신 분은 참고하시고 예약을 하면 좋을 것 같아요
도저히 잘 수가 없어 다시 급하게 방을 구했습니다. 깨끗합니다 침구도 나름좋습니다.

I was skeptical of staying here when I read negative reviews of this place. Actually it turned out to be pleasant and I have no particular issues on this place and I actually stayed for 6 nights. For the price, it's really a good accommodation. I really wouldn't mind coming back here to stay again. You can also do laundry (washing/drying) at the 9th floor, with a small affordable fee. Staffs are kind and friendly
Pros: location is great, bus/airport bus stops are all within the vicinity. Food/restaurants are all easily accessible. There's even olive young that is 3 mins walk away, how convenient!
Cons: walls are really thin. I could hear people above my level stomping their feet/talking loudly. The doors are not those card/keypad access, it's like the old traditional ways of using key. It feels a bit insecure but i think it's fine?
There's only 1 lift, so it's a bit of a wait.

Great location near Dongdaemun station. Staff has good service, be kind and nice. If you go to Seoul, it’s a good choice to stay.

There was no room cleaning service at this hotel. I went to the reception to exchange the towel and the rubbish bag, but I felt unclean staying there for 5nights without the cleaning service.
There were rubbish bins at a hallway and they’re overflowed as everyone threw their rubbish there.
I am not a type of person who is sensitive to noise, but the room wall must be so thin and I could clearly hear the conversation from the next room.
This place is good if you just need a bed for one or two nights at the convenient location. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It’s easy to tell from the pictures, the room is very small. However, actually it is plenty of space for one and comfortable. Location👍- very convenient to the subway. There’s a good amount of street food, restaurants, and convenience stores located just steps away. Easy check in. Small kitchen available. Great stay for the price point; I would stay again.
