In complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change. Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help. The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well. The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once. Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place. and all at no extra charge. Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of "fresh" paint all throughout. Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with. I will be staying again in October and look forward to it. Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.

You can walk straight to Sendai Station in 8 minutes, passing the shopping pedestrian street. The hotel has free soda, coffee, hot and cold drinks, a microwave in the lobby, and a spa sauna in the hotel.

It's a little far from the station, but it has a public bath which is good. If I have the chance to come to Sendai again, I will probably consider staying in this hotel again. I also recommend it to everyone.

There is no outlet next to the bed, which is inconvenient. I borrowed an extension cord, but it was dirty. I wish there were power outlets next to the bed and on the desk. The sloppy wiring behind the TV and the telephone was also an eyesore. It doesn't feel like a Japanese hotel. The unit bath is small, so my elbows hit the wall when I'm in the bath, making it cramped, and the noise echoes quite a bit. The shampoo provided made my hair dry, and the amenities that come with it are only toothbrushes and razors, which is too few. The water that spilled into the bathtub overflowed onto the floor, flooding the room, which was awful. The walls are thin, so the conversations and noises from the next room echo more than in my apartment, making it unsettling. During cleaning hours, the noise from the hallway is very bothersome. It's inconvenient because it's far from the station. I was much more satisfied with budget hotels in China, which aren't as clean as those in Japan. The only thing worth praising is the customer service, which is a relief. 13,400 yen for two nights for this is too expensive! 8,000 yen would be reasonable.

There is a 7-11 and Aeon Express across the road, and there are also delicious tsukemen nearby. There are free drinks and coffee in the lobby on the first floor, and there is also a public bath on the second floor. I think it is very cost-effective.

I've been to Sendai many times, not just for personal reasons, and stayed at various hotels, but this hotel was the worst. It was my first time at this hotel, and even though I said I would be asked if it was my first time, there was almost no explanation. When I checked in, I was given the key and told which room number and which floor to take by elevator at other hotels, but this one didn't say anything until we looked around and asked, and they laughed... The room was a triple, so there were three beds. They said it was spacious, but there was only a twin bed and a sofa in the room. I went to the large public bath, but the women's bath was the worst, used bath towels and towels were left on the floor, and there was hair floating in the bathtub, so I didn't feel like going in. I plan to go to Sendai a few times a year, but I'll never go again! My family never wants to use it again, and it was a very unpleasant and terrible day.

For the price, it was sufficient for a room only. The free drink service was also nice. Although I didn't use it this time, it was also nice to be able to use the large communal bath.

I was staying there on a Sunday and all the restaurants around were closed, so I was worried. The lady at the front desk found a nearby restaurant for me, which was very helpful. It was a delicious and lovely restaurant.

I stayed here for work. The relaxed atmosphere suited me personally. Drinks at the entrance are complimentary. I'm thinking of staying here again.

This hotel is in Sendai city. The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the train station and easy to go shopping. It is just old but acceptable, especially the welcome drink in the lobby. Like it.

I think this is an old business hotel. I'm always grateful for the cheap accommodation. I also appreciate the drink server at the front desk. The best thing about this hotel is that all the staff are always smiling and welcoming. I'd love to stay here again when I return to Sendai.

I was satisfied with the price and the location, which was quite close to the station! I also appreciated the free drink service. The large communal bath only had three washing areas, which was inconvenient.
