Meskipun hotel ini terletak di dataran tinggi yang sangat jauh (tidak dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki) dari Stasiun JR Tazawako, dengan bantuan staf hotel di JR Inn Sapporo JRイン 札幌 tempat saya menginap dari tanggal 7 hingga 10 Mei, dia membantu saya menelepon KAMENOI HOTEL TAZAWAKO亀の井ホテル 田沢湖 untuk memesan layanan penjemputan stasiun hotel (gratis) dari Stasiun JR Tazawako (田沢湖駅) tetapi harus menunggu cukup lama karena penjemputan hotel hanya tersedia pada pukul 3.30 sore. Tidak banyak yang bisa dilakukan di sekitar area yang memiliki banyak bangunan terbengkalai, toko, dan hotel, dll. dalam keadaan akiya. Namun, hal itu sama sekali tidak menyurutkan semangat saya karena saya dapat membenamkan diri dalam pengalaman ryokan tradisional Jepang berupa makan malam prasmanan dan sarapan (keduanya sangat lezat), onsen, dan mengenakan yukata tradisional. Meskipun onsen terbuka (rotemburo) hotel ditutup sementara karena kerusakan selama musim dingin, hotel telah bermitra dengan hotel terdekat lainnya untuk memungkinkan para tamu memanfaatkan rotemburo milik hotel lain.

room is big and clean but the curtain in bathroom have musty smell dinner and breakfast is very good and delicious

This hotel located in the mid level hill toward Nyuto onsen. The higher the location, the more milky the onsen. The onsen in this hotel has some white crystal which is good in terms of the onsen quality. However, since the high sulfur content in the onsen, they may consider to get more ventilation. For the food, the quality is good. They also have a free shuttle bus running from the hotel to the train station.

A Hotel that is recovering from the bad snowy weather. Rooms are big but toilet is tiny. The toilet bidet is bigger than the actual toilet bowl. Also the taps in toilet need upgrading to mixer. Buffet Dinner is good. Sashimi is basic salmon mainly. Buffet should not be a fixed menu everyday! For visitors staying longer, this is uninteresting. When I visited from 7-10 April, the outdoor Onsen was MOST UNFORTUNATELY not working!

I took my son to the Namahage Festival in February then we went to this hotel to visit the onsen and ski resort. We had a great time. I can’t wait to go back.

龜之井酒店坐落在山間，周邊幾家僅有在營業的酒店，地方很大，我們選含兩餐的套餐，性價比不錯，夜間一如既往提供夜宵拉麪，滿足成長期小童需求。我們入住的套房式樣房間，有西式雙床和日式榻榻米，房間很大很寬敞，酒店內部水龍頭出的水為山裡的直飲水，口感冰涼清甜，很喜歡。 我還在霧氣中泡了室外温泉，很好的體驗。

施設は古いが、清潔に保たれている。 宿泊当日悪天候だったので、ロケーションは不明。 露天風呂が壊れており、利用できなかったのが残念でした。 他の人の口コミで、食事は美味しいとはいえないとの事で期待して居なかったが、バイキングで、そこそこ種類もあり、メニューも工夫されていらっしゃるのが見てとれた。 特に朝食はご飯が2種類の食べ比べられたり、芋汁が気に入りました。。又、牛乳とヨーグルトが濃厚で本当に美味しかったです。

前台服務優秀，解釋清楚，另外有職員到停車場幫手搬行理箱。早、晚自助餐種類選擇多亦十分美味。可惜露天温泉維修，暫停開放，有免費接駁車到鄰近旅館享用，但個人因素覺得麻煩而放棄。

食物很好食，大部分都係在地特色食物 酒店很日式 商店很多東西買 室外的溫泉風景不錯 大浴場的水質有污糟的東西，感覺不太好
