Itu bersih tetapi loker tidak berfungsi. Murah tapi tidak bernilai uang. Banyak syarat dan ketentuan dan menurut saya mereka terkadang menempatkan tempat tidur asrama mereka sebagai “standar tunggal”. Bukan untuk pelancong solo dengan anggaran terbatas meskipun itu adalah asrama.

Kartu kamar tidak berfungsi dengan baik.. tidak dapat aliran listrik di colokan 3 pin setelah memasukkan kartu kamar. Toiletnya agak kotor tapi selain itu relatif nyaman untuk menginap.

Saya memesan tempat tidur single, tetapi mereka melakukan upgrade gratis untuk saya ke tempat tidur ukuran queen, terima kasih! Anehnya tempat tidur, kasur dan bantal sangat baru dan nyaman dengan harga segini. Tidur malam di sana. Ada watson, pijat, toko serba ada, dan banyak restoran di dekatnya. Saya menyarankan semua orang membawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri, ada dispenser gel mandi di setiap bilik mandi tetapi tidak diisi ulang dan sangat encer.

This place is quite far from bus station 25 minutes walk not 5 minutes. They don't have kitchen and don't laundry clothes, the bathroom and toilet bit smell, many broken facilities like bed key, box key and locker key, good elevator and some nearby restaurants

Toilet is horrible. No toilet paper. **** on the floor. Sleeping area is clean.

I was there for 9 days. The bathrooms on the third floor are deplorable. For more than 20 people only two restrooms operate at times. One never had toilet paper. Both never had nozzles on the bidet hoses. Door locks do not function well. The floor is always wet. The toilets do not flush well. The staff & management are too stupid, greedy, and/or lazy to put refuse bins in the stalls and in the lobby, and outside. Common to this area. They lack intelligence. It's a filthy area. I stayed at another hostel in Johar Bahru with rats running around without fear...... you feared being bitten. Why are Malaysians so fucking lazy? Why do travelers accept these standards? Back to Here Hotel....The A/C did not function for several days. Staff turned the A/C up or off so that the rooms were @24C. I am not SE Asian, I perspire at that temperature. Here Hotel policy is 20C for A/C. They failed miserably many nights. Many nights I lie in bed perspiring not sleeping. The day shift front desk man is not honest nor does he listen well. He claimed staff had no access to A/C remote controllers, he lied. He then tried to play a game where he was going to help the complaining guest by lowering the temperature to 18C. I never once asked for this. He thinks others are as stupid as he is. The manager disconnected a phone call with me when I was describing my dissatisfaction. The lobby restrooms offer nothing but 2 urinals...the toilets are inaccessible. Last time I checked half the population does not use urinals. The night shift woman working the front desk could care less, she is unsuited for customer service. Insufficient electrical outlets in the lobby common area for guests who need to work. The entire hotel is shrouded in dim light trying to hide its deficiencies. The only two positives are after I made a scene because I was so angry at their horrible hotel and attitudes finally, the last night the dormitory room was 20C per policy. The only other positive is that I arrived at the hotel with no cash and was unable to get any for two days. Staff member Jesse loaned me his money to survive. Jesse deserves a pat on the back from management. I will not stay there again if I can avoid it. I am 67, I have been staying in hostels around the world since 2005 and I am generally an easygoing guy. This hostel/hotel is crap.....spend a small amount more and stay somewhere much better. Live & learn.

The restroom on the 3rd floor is nasty. 2 of 3 toilets working. Both bidet hoses missing nozzles. One toilet never has toilet paper. One door cannot be closed and latched. Overflowing garbage bins sit unemptied for days on end.

No good. Leaking, hair dryer spoil, safe deposit box spoilt, wrong bed etc. amenities no good.

It was solid, dirty bathroom though. Far form city but close to good food.

Location is reasonable but have to walk a fair bit from the bus station. Don't understand why have to pay the tourism tax where it was indicated all taxes included and some hotels don't even collect any tourism tax at all. There was no orientation how to go to the room and where is the wash room
