Ulasan Altera Hotel and Residence

Saya menyewa selama 4 hari 3 malam. Pada pagi hari ketiga, saya tiba-tiba merasa sangat panas. Ternyata ada masalah pada AC-nya. Saya mengeluh ke meja depan dan mengirim staf teknik untuk memeriksa dan memperbaikinya. Butuh waktu 1,5 jam untuk perbaikan dan saya sangat kecewa.

Peaceful environment away from the crowd while in walking distance to all major locations. Some renovation work during the time of my stay but that was not disturbing. The room amenties aree becoming old and needs a new round of renovation to stay to the style of what I experienced 6 years ago here.

The place was nice bed was super comfortable, nice clean comfortable room, but let down on the tv as they have locked it to the hotel and you can’t get Netflix up. I unlocked it and could still only get YouTube. I am not pleased with the food as I ordered room service the night I arrived and the pizza didn’t even have mozzarella it was cheap nasty cheese and barely even cooked. I also had chicken soup… wish I would of just got a grab as I was being sick all night till early morning and then had to spend the rest of the day in bed so I wasted a day because they can’t cook🥲. Seems to be a standard thing around that western food is too difficult to heat up and cook properly. Never again will I eat out unless it’s cooked fresh in front of me.

Excellent experience but no Indian food

Very spacious and clean. The door host did an excellent job in helping to carry the lagguage and in rainy weather he will help to asher the way out with umbrella. Nice swimming pool and the food is great.

Good hotel and staffs , but the pool too noisy

Found a used tooth brush under the sink. Found a used glass at the sink. Some soft drinks that not provided by hotel are stored in fridge. I Ordered clean room one hour later, they accepted, but 6 hours later my room was not cleaned. I had an experience of power outage by storming when I was sleeping , after resumed power supply, TV turned on automatically and started playing sound loudly.

Great location which can easily access to the main night life location of pattaya.

The hotel was poorly maintained, and the wifi was extremely unreliable, forcing us to rely on our data throughout our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning broke down during our visit. We contacted reception to request a room change, but were informed that none were available. Instead, they sent a staff member to inspect the issue. Unfortunately, the staff arrived while we were unprepared and hastily dressed. They attempted a quick fix, but ultimately called an electrician for assistance. This delayed our travel plans significantly. When the electrician arrived, it was challenging to communicate our preference for him to return later when we were out. Language barriers compounded the issue, as their English proficiency seemed limited. Feeling uncomfortable with a stranger in our room while inadequately dressed, I decided to check out early and move to another hotel. Upon checkout, another staff member offered to exchange our room, but by that point, I had already endured enough of the poor service and environment provided by this establishment. I would not recommend it to others.

Great Location from Hard Rock Hotel - as friends were staying there. The Pool is amazing with the Bar rite there and they have a Pool Table and it shuts at 2230 Will surely stay there again .

Excellent location, friendly staff,close to all the actionsz
