Staf hotel sangat membantu dalam merekomendasikan pilihan transportasi dan atraksi lokal yang lebih terjangkau. Kami tinggal di kamar termurah, yaitu di basement, jadi ruangannya lebih lembab dan gelap. Tempat tidur masih nyaman dan sarapan sederhana tapi enak. Lokasi sangat optimal, indah dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke restoran-restoran bagus dan layanan taksi/antar-jemput.

總體來説還是一家不錯有特色的酒店，店家人很好，介紹各種事項都非常的仔細，酒店特色的石屋房同我們預期的差不多，酒店衞生和設施有待提高！

部屋の雰囲気が写真でみるよりすごくよかったです。 またホテルの方も親切で、困ったことがあれば率先して助けて下さいます。 チェックアウトが11時ですが、私は夜行バスの時間が18時で、もし良かったら屋上でテラスでコーヒーやお茶を飲みながら ゆっくりしてくださいと心より言って下さりお言葉に甘えてゆっくりさせてもらいましたが、屋上のテラスは風通りもよく景色も最高で……… ツアーに参加するより良い時間が過ごせました笑。 立地もバス停からも近く、なにをするにしても便利な所です。

Di lokasi yang sangat bagus, Anda dapat mencapai restoran dan toko yang Anda inginkan dengan berjalan kaki. Keramahan adalah tingkat atas, Pak Kemal dan staf lainnya membantu kami dalam segala hal. Kamarnya nyaman, sarapannya banyak variasinya. Hotel yang sangat terjangkau di Goreme. Mereka membantu Anda dengan semua aktivitas yang akan Anda lakukan di Cappadocia. Kamar di sini bagus, tempat tidur nyaman dan bersih. Sayangnya kamar tidak dilayani sama sekali dan kami harus meminta kertas toilet, hanya ada satu gulungan setengah di kamar ketika kami check in. Kulkas di kamar tidak terpasang ketika kami tiba dan ketika kami memasangnya tidak berfungsi. Hotel berbau seperti asap karena staf merokok di bagian penerima tamu dan baunya menyebar ke kamar. Sangat mengganggu untuk berbaring di tempat tidur dengan bau asap di kamar Anda. Staf relatif ramah dan membantu. Sarapan benar-benar mengerikan! Hanya kopi instan yang buruk, beberapa roti dan keju, kentang goreng dan tidak ada telur yang baru dibuat, hanya telur rebus. Ada banyak potensi di sini tetapi layanan perlu ditingkatkan secara drastis dan sarapan harus dikerjakan ulang sepenuhnya!

We stayed 3 nights and booked 2 double rooms. The hotel is perfectly located, with lots of restaurants and shops around and the panoramic view point within just 10mins walk. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. They kindly changed one of our rooms at our request, which was well appreciated. The rooms have the cave authenticity and it was a nice experience. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but had all the necessary amenities and were cleaned daily. The wifi was also working on fine. Fell in love with the cave room. The restaurant is a roof top one with superb views of the rising hot air balloons in the morning and great panoramic view of the surroundings. Breakfast was good and varied. The restaurant and staff were very convivial, which made us feel very at ease. We also requested for a laundry service and same was at a good price and got our clothes the same day in the afternoon. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Disappointing. Centrally located so convenient but noisy mopeds at night. Bathroom was mouldy and unclean, room not made up. Breakfast eggs uncooked, I could go on...needs a manager. Only other "guests" eating breakfast turned out to be staff, helping themselves not us. Comfy beds.

Unfortunately, the use of sound insulation materials in stone rooms is not allowed by historical committees. Our hotel is located in the center of Göreme. A very busy road passes next to our hotel. This is probably why our hotel has a good location! Before choosing our hotel, we think you have looked at the photos and our location. Unfortunately, when we checked our reservation system with the commented username, we could not find any results. We couldn't determine which room you stayed in at our hotel! We checked the rooms and bathrooms in detail after your comment. We detected 2 rooms with loose toilet seats, 3 rooms with loose cabinet handles, and 1 room without a TV remote control. We regret to inform you that we could not detect mold or fungus in our bathrooms and toilets. We would also like to apologize for any uncooked egg you encountered in our hotel, which hosts an average of 3500 - 4000 people a year. Seeing that the room is dirty and staying in the dirty room is a big question mark for us! After many flaws, service deficiencies and product deficiencies, we were very happy to know that our hotel has a product and service that is appreciated. FALSELY CLAIM THIS IS A 5 STAR HOTEL ON AGODA TO GETS PEOPLE TO BOOK , ITS ONLY 3STAR , WAS TOLD BY AGODA THE HOTEL CONTROL THE DETAILS ON THERE SITE , I BOOKED AND THEN THE HOTEL REFUSED A REFUND AND IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS , FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED

Owner / manager was too good. Other staff also very good. Rooms are not very good. Air conditioning does not work properly. Though the manager was kind enough to change our room but the problem was same in the other room too. Breakfast was good and the view from terrace is also good. Owner / manager helped us a lot and also guided us for the entire Turkey itinerary. Need to keep in mind that you need to climb some stairs for room and terrace (breakfast is served there).

That was an absolutely amazing stay in Cappadocia. The hotel was utterly beautiful, with perfect location, great rooms and wonderful staff - they were so helpful and client -oriented. Every morning we had tasty breakfast and lovely view to balloons’ flight. Highly recommend ! Пребывание в Каппадокии было волшебным. Отель оказался совершенно замечательным с прекрасным расположением, чудесными комнатами и очень дружелюбным, всегда готовым помочь персоналом. Каждое утро начиналось с вкусного завтрака и волшебного шоу полёта шаров, за которым можно было наблюдать с террасы отеля. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам отеля за прекрасно проведённое время! Однажды непременно вернусь.

Otele 10 Kasım'da giriş yaptık tam anlamıyla mükemmel bir aile oteli otele girişden çıkışa kadar çalışanların güler yüzü ilgisi alakası mükemmeldi kısacası bizlere aileleri gibi davrandılar 7/24 herhangi bir sorun sıkıntı da yardımcı oldular Oda kahvaltı olarak geldik odaların temizliği oldukça iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe 5 yıldızlı otel tadında idi yani beklentimin gerçekten çok çok üstünde Ilgi alakalarini eksik etmeyen İlker ve kemal abiye çok çok teşekkürlerimi sunar bir dahaki tatilde görüşmek üzere ☺️☺️
