I like the service and the environment of this hotel. Breakfast also good. But I don’t like the min bars’ food. Not suitable for me that food.

SABINA is more like Boutique Hotel with unique VI color, room is a bit small but cozy, staff are very friendly, essentially praise Manager Jayce and Reception Hari、Katie and the warm hearted bellman.

The hotel facilities are OK, and the breakfast is also good. The main reason is that my colleague's schedule changed temporarily. After communicating twice, the hotel refused to accept the refund. I wasted two nights. Such a hotel has no place in China.

The staff was very friendly, and there was a woman at the reception who spoke Korean during the day, which was great. Of course, the room condition was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location was also good. I had a good rest and came back.

It's OK. The environment is not as good as in China, but it's good compared to other hotels. The only problem is that the sound insulation is not very good.

1. Poor sound insulation; 2. The shower water would flow outside and accumulate because of the problem with the floor drain; 3. The worst thing was that the shower water was cold. I consulted the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but they couldn't fix it. They also said that it was because the hotel was full and many people were using the water, so it was not hot. What kind of reason is this! In the end, I caught a cold because of the cold water. It was a terrible experience!
