This is hotel was newly opened in Nov 2023.
Location: Connected to Paradigm Mall. If you settle everything there, the location is ok. If you want to eat at local shophouses and eateries, you need to grab, nothing within walking distance.
Room: It’s big and spacious. Bed is clean and comfortable. Toilet reasonable size with all basic items.
Services: Counter staff is very helpful and offer other “must have” readily.
Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good, international with lots of options. I especially like the orange juice maker.
Overall: Good for 1 night stay.

a newly opened hotel on 6 Nov 2023. Glad we check it out!
Cleanliness needless to mention. Breakfast so-so.
No bath-tub and all rooms are the same. Paradigm Mall is one of my fav shopping mall.
There are few music shops at this mall. Especially a Ukulele shop selling Taiwan's brand.
Guess this is one motivated factor why i choose to stay at this hotel connected to Paradigm Mall.
Will go back again!

Lovely new hotel. Love the spaciousness and location. Was changed to twin bedroom due to lack of king bedrooms and given free breakfast. Great service, felt very welcomed. Room comes with USB ports too! Do note there's no room service and you would need to self collect additional amenities yourself at level 7. But it's alright since the mall below has many food options. Decent breakfast spread but could be better. My only gripe was the smart TV that only allows certain apps to be screencast, you might have trouble trying to cast shows that you've downloaded on your phone otherwise. 10/10 would come again :)

We had a pleasant experience, but not sure if it was because we checked in on a Monday afternoon (school holiday). Check-in was fast and fuss-free, managed to get our rooms immediately. The staff were nice and friendly..hotel is new and pretty! Breakfast was just basic but decent. Do not expect a lavish spread. However, it was sufficient for us. The highlight of the restaurant has to be the orange juice machine. Super cool and the juice is so fresh! We love the room because it's quite spacious and there's a big sofa too for the king room. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience and will definitely come back if we want to do shopping/family activities at Paradigm Mall.

For Hyatt place, Level 6 parking is linked to the hotel car park. You can redeem at a cap of RM6.60 per day only at the Level 7 reception. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am, pool (baby and adult) from 8am to 8pm and gym is 24h. Staff are friendly. Room is relatively big too. Able to see a lot of early check in, we got it too. No bell and room service so if want extra towel and/or water, have to go to reception to collect. I thought the rooms were clean and well furnished. My husband found it a little dusty as he kept sneezing. They have 3 sockets that include USB-A ports which are convenient. The smart TV allows you to connect your iPhone and android to Comcast. In terms of toiletries they’ll provide toothbrushes in the toilet. Breakfast spread is decent with freshly baked pastries, Nasi lemak but no prata. We came down a little close to closing time so the food was finishing but they had not topped up. But the coolest thing they have is the fresh orange juicer for you to DIY. Overall a decent stay.

Newly opened hotel right above Paradigm mall so location is good in the Skudai area. Service is rather slow as i only managed to check in at 5pm, and breakfast spread is limited and severely understaffed i.e. things not refilled. Rooms are generally clean but personally the fittings are quite poor quality, not expected of a Hyatt brand hotel. Good points would be the gym and pool which are quite nice.

一次糟糕的入住 大堂7-8個人check in 2個前台等待近1小時，然後辦理告知無房需等待1小時，1小時20分鐘後上來告知依然沒有好，需要繼續等待。下午5點多辦入住，晚上接近9點最終在各類投訴下入住。差評，差評，差評。無法想象這是一間Hyatt。截止目前投訴郵件2天無回覆，Hyatt在馬來西亞的服務就是災難。
very slow，very bad!Wait in line for 1 hour at 5 PM, inform wait for 1 and a half hours, 8:30 PM still can not check in. disappointment

Pros: Clean and spacious with a high ceiling. Great view comfy beds and pillows. Smart TV which allows casting from your phones for Netflix/Youtube.
Cons: no room service. No bathroom amenities. Gotta call in and go to receptionist to collect. No bathroom slippers as well. Hot water was not super hot.
Stayed over during Deepavali weekend. Came at 3pm but only got room at 5pm. But was given late check-out the following day.
Overall not too bad, enjoyed my stay. Would stay again if the price is cheap!
