Premier Inn Bridgwater Gateway (M5, J24)

Overall, the stay was very good. The room was generally clean and tidy. The air con was very welcome given the heat of the day and the furniture was comfortable. The only issue we had was that our additional needs child found a pill that must have come from a previous guest. Luckily she has the awareness not to consume them, otherwise it would be a very different story. We raised with reception and was told a manager would be in contact. We haven’t heard anything yet.

A very pleasant two night stay in a very comfortable and extremely clean room (Room 6, 13-15 May) The meal deal is an excellent idea and in my opinion a good deal. Food was excellent and all the staff were all so friendly smiley and professional you definitely get the feeling they’re all happy working there. There was one exceptional member of staff (Joanna) who I witnessed dealing with a very irate guest. The details of this has been communicated to Premier inn head office. She was incredibly calm in the face of a very intimidating man. I loved staying here and will be doing so again on Friday.

Arrived feeling tired, exhausted, left feeling rested and refreshed. The staff were excellent, helpful friendly and well trained in disability awareness.

We stayed here for 2 nights early May. Excellent food good rooms excellent value for money we really enjoyed it. Excellent location for exploring nearby sites.

We stayed as a family of 3 just after the may bank holiday, on checking in Kirsty was very welcoming and always had a smile to greet us, the staff were very professional. the room was very spacious compared to others we have stopped in and very clean the view was lovely of open fields and we even had a visit from some deer we had a very comfortable night. Our 2 year old son suffers with lots of different allergies and it can be very daunting eating out due to cross contamination of foods, on arrival for breakfast Gail made us feel very comfortable her first question was are there any allergies? this was very reassuring as it’s usually the last question asked but to us it’s the most important, straight away out came the allergy paperwork we were able to find out what he was able to eat while Gail made sure we had freshly washed crockery and cutlery for him to use to ensure no contamination from other sources this was the best experience we have had in dealing with allergies. Billy the chef wanted to know all his allergies so to avoid contamination of his food the restaurant was quiet and she was able to cook his food first to ensure his food was safe for him this was so reassuring. The staff have definitely made our stay relaxing and gone the extra to ensure our son was thoroughly safe. Thank you we will be back again.

I had a long drive so was looking for a convenient overnight stop. This fitted the bill and was excellent and great value

We had a family room, 2 adults 2 children, the hotel was very clean the lady at check in was lovely very informative and helpful, hotel room was spotless, location was great, breakfast here is a must it was amazing!!!!! The staff at breakfast were also lovely and couldn't do enough for you

Thanks to the team that made the experience staying at Bridgwater Gateway enjoyable. Room was excellent, staff very friendly, breakfast good and plentiful, parking and access very easy.

Visited the hotel for a night away. Very good value as only £35 for night. Bedrooms nice and modern with a nice bathroom. Large tv with Freeview. Kettle, Tea and coffee in the room. Large free car park. Located just off the motorway. There is food and bar facilities. The bar stays open into the early hours if required. Breakfast options of hot or cold buffet. Across the road there is a big pub with a restaurant attached for going out for drinks/meal. Overall a good stay.
