The location is very convenient (close to the airport) and the facilities are also very good.

Near airport , good for next day early flight. Free airport transfer. Free shuttle to nearby shopping centre for lunch.

No water in the room. Need to purchase. The bedsheet is not 100% clean and unsure it has been changed.

Location to airport with shuttle service was key. Location to rental car return was excellent and shuttle service from/back to hotel runs every 20 minutes. Restaurant in hotel also a Plus.

We were late arrivals, so hurried to the restaurant for a snack. It was fabulous. The clam chowder was the best I have had, and my husband raved about the soup of the day. The warm bread was excellent, and our server was stellar. It was a lovely experience.

Nice hotel to stay in for a layover in Seattle! Easily accessible from the airport.

Stains on sheets and carpets were not exactly the cleanest but the room was sufficient. Would be nice if they could provide water though. The front desk lady seemed to rush through our check-in w/o listening to the questions asked.

The air conditioner in the room was too loud. I didn't know why I was charged more than $7 for breakfast when I booked it, which was almost $13 with the tip. With the room fee of nearly $200, it felt like it was not worth it.

Very bad! On the 4th, I booked a hotel for one night on the 8th and one on the 17th. Ctrip allowed free cancellation one night before check-in. I checked in on the 8th and felt that the room was not good, so I cancelled the check-in on the 17th. The funny thing is that they even deducted the room fee for the 17th during the free cancellation period. They deducted the room fee for two nights for one night. After I found out, I asked Ctrip to intervene. At one point, they said that the manager was not at work and I would wait for the manager to come to work to deal with it. At another point, they said that the finance department was not at work and could not deal with it. Now that the manager and the finance department are at work, they said that they did not communicate through email and could not deal with it. Anyway, they found all kinds of reasons not to refund the money. During this period, Ctrip said that if the merchant did not deal with it, Ctrip would cover it, but so far Ctrip has not covered it. In order to get my money back, I have to spend time and effort to fight...

Actually, the hotel is far from the airport. It takes more than half an hour to walk there. It is almost impossible to walk on the streets of the United States at night with a suitcase. There is no sign at the airport to find the hotel shuttle bus. And you have to call the hotel at night to pick you up. It may take at least 20 minutes to wait. It is too tiring for people who just got off the plane. It is not recommended for transit. But the hotel itself is normal.

It's very noisy at night next to the main road, but convenient to the airport. I was given a room facing the elevator, and someone was calling at the door very early. Not good value for money, not recommended.

When I swiped my credit card at check-in, the front desk receptionist said that the card was only a deposit and would be automatically cancelled after check-out. However, the hotel actually automatically charged my credit card $50 after check-out because I received a deduction text message from the credit card company. After negotiating with the credit card company, the $50 was returned 15 days later. I have given this hotel a bad review for its creditworthiness and I will not book this hotel again in the future.
