Nice hotel with good many shops and restaurants，location is great.

Mandalay Bay is a nice hotel, the ****** is open, and the room was decently appointed. I felt that it’s generally clean, albeit a little smokier than some of the other hotels. It’s also on the end of the ***** so the location isn’t the best, but it’s an easy ride down on the tram to Excalibur. Overall, would definitely stay again if the price was right.

The Mandalay Bay is toward the end of the *****, so it’s a long walk to most places. Expect to use riding services for further destinations on the *****. The hotel was very clean but sometimes it’s necessary to request cleaning service or the rooms wouldn’t be cleaned. Do not make a mistake on the booking if you book through Trip. If there was an accidental booking, the hotel will not authorize Trip to refund the money, even if you request right after the booking is made. The manager on duty of the hotel did try to remedy the accidental extra room we booked by providing a dining voucher, but it was under the amount the non-refundable accidental booking was. Kitchenware (cork screw) was not available when calling concierge services but was available for purchase in the shop. The swimming pools were the reason we booked this hotel and they did not disappoint. There are some strange rules, like in the wave pool you must be past a certain line and cannot lay or kneel in the shallower end. Other than that, the pools were great.

Great property! Amazing pools, lazy river, sandy beach. The nice gym is $25 additional per entry. Room was nice but I didn’t like the fact that bathroom is not lockable and there’s a visible gap. A bit awkward when you are sharing with MIL.

The other room we booked at this hotel was okay! We booked a total of 2 rooms. We had no complaints with this other one.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There was an old leftover box inside the refrigerator when we first arrived. It took them a day before they came and cleaned it. The hotel is also at the end of the *****. You have to travel back and forth to visit the middle area of the *****. Service was ok. Every employee was friendly.

Too many people!! Volleyball tournaments and conference. Long lines for food.

Easy check in. Very clean and comfortable suite. Would stay again.

Delano is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Down side is the $50 charge just for using the fridge or adjusting the items in the fridge (the fridge and items on the counter have weight sensors). Also, they automatically charge you their parking fee which is not bad at $22 per night for the Mandalay Bay/Delano parking garage. Using your room key to get in and out of the garage is easy and convenient, BUT, it took my husband over an hour and a half to find parking Saturday night after 8 pm because they had a concert or something at Allegiant Stadium. I was very upset that I was not able to get the parking that I paid for in a timely manner only to accommodate those who weren’t even staying in the hotels. Of course the hotel and everything in it is outrageously priced, but it smells good in there, and they have staff that can check you in through your phone rather than waiting in a long line at the lobby counter 🤷🏾♀️ The hotel was very clean and they bring you new towels and make your bed on the second day without requesting them. I thought there was room service, but when I scanned the QR code, it was only for the prices for the snack bar/amenities so we didn’t order any room service.

Enjoyed hanging out at the pool all day!
