The place is lovely...staff is very coperative and loving..breakfast was very delicious...overall experience was amazing...however we could get see the tiger at ranthambore safari...better visit in may for riger sighting..keep up the good work guys

We visited this property from November 11th, ’24 – November 14th, ’24. Our package cost was Rs. 85,000 for 3 nights which included breakfast. This rate is very steep given the experiences we had. This hotel has a historic significance as it was originally the hunting lodge for the royalty and marquee people like the Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip visited this lodge. Overall Hospitality This property is a SeleQtions Hotel by the Taj group. We seriously felt that the ‘Taj touch’ was missing in a big way. We never felt that warmth. The reception staff was strictly ‘ok’ and never bothered much about us. The only person who made our stay memorable was Mr. Rajendra Singh who oversees the food and catering. His warmth was unmatched and we have never seen such a hospitality from an individual. He went way beyond his scope of duty to make sure we had a truly delightful food experience. What a wonderful person he is! If you stay at this property, he is the person you should contact and lookout for. We would like to mention Mr. Deepak in the food and catering department who looked after us well the day we reached. Also, Mr. Praveen who entertained us with his strong knowledge of the wildlife. Rooms & Bathrooms Rooms were clean but not as they should be considering the per night cost we were paying. Bathrooms were clean but looked a bit worn down. Also, iron was missing in the room which should be provided. There was nothing in the mini bar as well. Family areas and amenities The property is quite spacious and the common areas are well maintained which we enjoyed. The swimming pool is not heated which we strongly felt should be. Children kept busy themselves (Cycling, Cricket, Pool Table, Badminton, Table Tennis, and general playing area) at the property. The property is under renovation & will be renovated entirely in year or two. But the renovation did not bother us as the property is quite big.

Our experience was absolutely amazing!!!! The service was nothing short of perfect. Among the excellent staff were Deepak and Babu who made our stay unforgettable. They exceeded our expectations! We will be sure to tell all of our friends da and family! Highly recommended!!

The unique experience of staying at a heritage property was enhanced by the attentiveness, hospitality and warmth of the hotel staff. There was also a cooking session by the lady of the house ***** with the hotel chef and other staff, truly a memory to treasure. The food is of an extremely high standard, I have never seen a Bajra ki roti puffed and so tasty. The Lal maas was so well flavoured and made to a texture and softness which just melted in the mouth. The rooms were well furnished and accessible. The heritage aspect of the hotel was preserved in the flooring and the finishes which have been preserved very well. The environs were safe enough for my son to take regular cycle rides inside the property. An experience I would love to repeat.

Wonderful stay. We stayed for 4 days at the property and the staff took very good care of us. We had 3 birthdays to celebrate and the staff went out of their way to make the celebrations special. We had 3 small kids with us and the staff were especially courteous to them and made them very comfortable. Would highly recommend the property to other travellers

I had a fantastic stay at Sawai Madhopur Lodge – IHCL. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Mr. Rajender Singh from room dining working there for last 33 years ,whose attentive and friendly approach greatly enhanced my experience knows in and out of ranthambore.His helpful recommendations and prompt assistance were much appreciated. Overall, the lodge offers a perfect blend of cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. As a surprise they had decorated the room for my birthday. They also have a pet handler sanjay that took carr of my pet when we had to go out. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Ranthambore.
