Nothing good to say. Disgusting quality. You will see what appears as human excrement. Room is filthy

Room had 1 light working, and carpets were wet & smelly, though we checked in after midnight. TV was not working. Not even complimentary water in the room. The bathroom needs a makeover, don't look good.

This place was supposed to be smoke free and room REAKED OF smoke; The place was FILTHY! Carpet was ripped and sofa was so stained and ripped my dog would not even lay down next to it. We would not have stayed if I could have got money back. Leaving in morning maid was coming out of room with a butt in her mouth!!!! We will be looking for ,omey back. I am looking into going to corporate...

It was clean and in a very good location. Staff was nice and understanding. Great parking and breakfast wasn't bad either. I would for sure tell a friend.

The environment is average and the bed is broken

This was by far the nastiest place I have ever seen. Upon check-in the front desk guy told us there was no breakfast. He said if you are unhappy about the ne breakfast thing then they can cancel your stay. We got to the room and everything was so gross, it looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We canceled our booking which was painless. STAY AWAY!!!

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have stayed in. The carpets everywhere are very dirty, the rooms (we had two and I heard others complain) had only one bath towel. No face cloths, not hand towels. Just one bath towel and a bath mat. Things are broken everywhere, light bulbs are burned out in many places including both of our rooms. One gate to the pool is seized and can't be used. While I was waiting at the front desk for more towels a man came in and said the room he just checked in to was dirty and the beds had not been changed. This hotel is going bankrupt and the staff have been told to not spend money or resources. Without a doubt.

I checked in 9/30/2024 @ around 3:30 PM. The first room they gave me had no lights or TV. I reported it to the Front Desk and they told me to go back there and they would correct the problem in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes and, reported it again and FINALLY they came to the room, and, Yep, no lights or TV. The next room they put me in had no A/C. Same routine, and the next room was missing lights and had no smoke alarm. The next room (yes, I'm am pretty patient) had no light in the shower room: Not acceptable!. I asked for a refund and was told that I should be understanding since they recently had a hurricane. I questioned " how does a hurricane remove a smoke alarm? Finally, they reluctantly refunded my M/C. Over an hour waisted and not even an apology. This place is a dump, operated by very unprofessional people. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was not too bad except that the drain was blocked, the water was hot than changed to cold then to hot again and soon, the sheets not really my clean, but the service I received was terrible. After asking for room service, he started with excuses, he had an attitude it was shocking. Never met such a unfriendly person. That's definitely not a place to relax or enjoy. Best to avoid that hotel. I have been on a memory lane, revisiting places I have been with my late mother once it was a nice hotel, but now??? OmG

I give this place a zero. It smelled, stuffy, ants on the bed, paint peeling, old mattress. Filthy carpet and just dirty. Please don’t reserve a room there. Some of the lights fixtures were broken. Old furniture and the bedding had stains. Say no to this place!
