Kamarnya indah, luas, pemandangan bagus, memiliki pantai pribadi. Fasilitas berkualitas baik Tapi kulkas rusak, tidak dingin Minta es tidak terima

Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal bersama keluarga dan anak-anak.

Hotel pantai di Pantai Jomtien Suasananya luar biasa Tempat ini disebut pantai pribadi yang memiliki semuanya. karena cukup tenang uncrowded Sedangkan untuk hotelnya didekorasi dengan indah dan terbuka, cocok untuk bersantai ala New Normal. Kamar sangat indah, kamar luas, bersih dan fasilitas lengkap. Saya suka bahwa hotel ini memiliki 2 kolam renang. Di malam hari, Anda bisa berendam di air dan menyaksikan matahari terbenam. P.S. Sarapan memiliki banyak pilihan dan rasanya enak.

I think it’s a best hotel resort in Pattaya!!! Staff is the best!! Cuisine is great!!! Beach is clean!!!! Room is nice !!!

My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights right after arriving Bangkok. It’s been an amazing experience with very nice breakfast buffet. Within the resort, you could try a lot of different facilities eg swimming pools and gym centre. You could chill out the whole day enjoying sunbath and poolside drinks. A kinda escaping from reality vibe you could immerse yourself into! The only thing is you have to get your bolt app well set up for getting a car down to city centre but that’s fine too! Loved it!

Exceptional Service Provided by the Housekeeping team during my stay! During our stay, we found the pillows too soft for our liking. The housekeeping lady has taken note we put a towel underneath the pillows for 3 nights. On our 4th night, she proactively addressed the issue & provided us with a firmer pillow and added a mattress to our bed, which greatly enhanced the quality of our sleep. Her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for her efforts.

The hotel is very beautiful, good atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast room, delicious food Polite service staff and excellent service I definitely have to come back and stay again.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

The staff are nice , the agency book the wrong room type to hotel . I booked twin room but trip book delux room for me but hotel change the proper room for me. Location is great. There is halloween activities for kid on that day.

No staff or system to handle those EV cars that are fully charged. (The free one)

Very nice hotel but not close to the city centre. The room is big and very good restaurant.

The hotel was full house so we didn't get the same room type last visit. Breakfast was so so but thanks God, they have brie.
