The hotel room is clean. However, it is located on a main road. The room is not soundproof. I could hear the sound of cars running. Plus, Building A, where there was a party or seminar downstairs, I could hear the sound upstairs.

The room is clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I chose a room with a beautiful sea view both in the morning and evening. I went to sit at the accommodation's bar. The atmosphere is very good. In the evening, it is a bit hot, but the view is beautiful. The night market, 7-Eleven, and the night market are very convenient for finding food. If I have a chance, I will definitely go back to stay again.

The room is spacious, has up to 2 floors, but is stuck at the stairs to the second floor, very steep and very narrow cut. The elderly can hardly walk and have no handrails. The first floor is comfortable, with full facilities, sofas, kitchen equipment, free grill. and pets are welcome

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was efficient, smooth and personalised, a testament to their well-honed service.
The villa I stayed in was the epitome of luxury and comfort, boasting a spacious interior, tastefully done with contemporary Thai décor. The private pool was my personal favourite, offering absolute privacy and endless moments of leisure. Waking up to the picturesque views of the tropical gardens and the serene sounds of nature was indeed a blissful experience.
The culinary experience at Sea Sand Sun was a delightful journey. Their restaurant offered an extensive range of Thai and international cuisine. Each dish was a symphony of flavors that delighted my palate. The breakfast buffet, with its diverse offerings, was a perfect start to the day.
One cannot review this resort without mentioning its exceptional spa services. The professional therapists provided soothing treatments that were perfect after a day of exploring Pattaya. The serene environment of the spa further enhanced the rejuvenating experience.
The resort's location is another major plus. It's just far enough from the city's hustle and bustle to offer a peaceful retreat, but close enough to visit Pattaya's attractions without much hassle.
In terms of improvements, I think the Wi-Fi could be a tad faster, especially for those needing to stay connected for work. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise impeccable stay.
To sum up, Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas offers an unrivaled blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It's an absolute haven for those seeking a peaceful getaway while still enjoying the conveniences of modern amenities. My stay was a memorable one, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a visit to Pattaya. A five-star rating would not do it justice; it truly is in a league of its own.

HHhhhakoThe hotel is located in a very good location, directly connected to the beach, giving it a private beach-like feel. The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing.
On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered.
The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary.
It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

KKangWe picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person.
First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering.
The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub.
Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small.
The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order.
The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya.

The front desk staff is very helpful with a smile. The staff in the restaurant may need some more training during the breakfast time or they may be understaffed. The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call.

The room size is quite spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the view is absolutely stunning.

The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach.

NNattakanWe booked 2 bedrooms pool villa and ask for adjoined building which was great for us to have bigger common space on the ground floor.
The rooms was spacious modern and well-appointed with kitchenette ( capsule coffee machine, microwave, sink, big friege with a pack of ice).
Our room cames with 1 living room with kitchenette,small pool and 1 restroom on the ground fl. The upper floor with 1 king size bed and 1 twin ( 2 single beds). Bed was comfy.
Hotel is not big but compact which offers range of facilities, including pool on the roof,spa, fitnees, restaurant and pool bar of the main lobby bulding.
Beach is only accessible by hotel baggy service. Would recommend to stay in the hotel. Not really worst to go there.
Staffs were really incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
Breakfast offers made to order for the main dish. Also, good selection of line buffet on side too.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and it takes only a short walk to the beach. The hotel is also very close to the Ambassador town market, where there are many restaurants and horse racing. You can take the hotel or the next door hotel's car to and from.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and the cleaning is excellent, making the room every day if you wish.I liked the style of the rooms with the appearance of concrete finish style. Is.a good decoration. Also, the room is very well illuminated with the balcony. Excelent Air conditioning. Good car park if you're renting a car or motorbike. The staff is ok, but they should be more polite with the customers. Just one lady,the manager, I think, was the only one who said Hi or Good Morning. The other ones really don't care about you.
The location is what really was the downside for me.
It's about 20 to 25 minutes away , and almost where everything happens. So,you need to have permanent transport to go up and down. I rented a motorbike which I used during the day but I prefer to take a motor taxi to go out at night for dinner and drinks.
Nevertheless, if you're a windsurfing lover, this is your place. There's a nice beach for surfing just a walk distance. But not really for chill out as is too windy for that. You can find shops renting surfing and wind surfing equipment. Another good thing is ,just that in front of the hotel, there's a lady who has a street food shop and sells delicious food very cheaply. Also, you can find a coffee shop not far from the hotel.
