Hotel rooms were not clean. We tried food but it was not tasty aslo not hygienic. Services were also not good. Resort was very old and is not maintained at all.

Pros valley view big rooms cons hot water only till 11 am, that too it is not hot just not cold. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Small swimming pool, always crowded. Breakfast spread limited. We waited for 20 mins before someone cleaned our table during breakfast, people were waiting for many items like bread, butter, jam, eggs etc. Nice property, but needs lots of improvements to be a good resort.

rooms and room service was soo poor. Pool water was not clean. We called receptionist multiple times for basic amenities and still didn’t get any. The only good thing they have is location and view.

No hot water in room all the time. Tv in the room not working all the time. Nice valley view. Food quality good but costly . Sufficient parking space. Infinity pool nice experience. Overall nice stay but scope of improvement.

Hi, i will rate nexottel hotel rating 3 only out of 5. Likes: 1. We enjoyed the swimming pool facility there. 2. We also enjoyed the quality of food although it was costing on the higher side. Dislikes: 1. Stay cost is on the some higher side 2. Cleaning and hygienic conditions not maintained within room 3. The tv unit was not working at all 4. Ac noise was there. Hi. What about my discount

Stayed in super deluxe room. Premium facilities. Location is bit away from centre but the view offered is great.

Stay was really pleasing. Location is awesome. Felt relaxed after so many days. Swimming pool is well maintained. Kids enjoyed to the fullest. Breakfast was also very good and with lot of options. Would definitely visit this place again and strongly recommend for cool and comfortable stay
