The stay was good, we booked a super deluxe room which is quite spacious. It's clean and hygienic as well. The staff is helpful and it's a quite big property so families can have a great time in pool, garden and their gazebo sitting.

The place was good, etaf, services all wee good, except, why there two beds which were then attached. It should be one kond size or queen size bed for two people rather than two beds being attached together. Rest all was very good. From ambience to service to food.

The place is nice, as the property is too big the utilisation is not done well. Their is nothing for entertainment like no games nothing. We should have more things to occupy our time apart from the room. Their is no fridge in the room that's too basic to ask. Also it's not too clean the balcony was so dirty.

Rooms not maintained, construction is pretty old. Not a good place to hang on. Don’t feel worth. Should have more cleanliness on windows and chairs. Dust on chairs. Television very small size. Tv stopped working after a while, so it was not at all a very good experience. Better and economical hotels are available than suv palace. Previously it was better when i visited couple of years back. But this time i was not at all happy. No ambiance
