Sarpino Mountain Hotel

Yeni açılmış olan Sarpino Mountain Hotel'de konakladık kış tatili için. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Tesisin ve odaların kalitesi çok iyiydi. Kayak ve Snowboard hocaları ise alanlarında başarılı ün yapmış kişiler. Ben Taner Hoca'dan snowboard dersi aldım ilk defa ve kendisi çok güzel öğretiyor. Kendisi kısa sürede kendi başıma kayabilecek seviyeye getirdi beni. Snowboard öğrenmek isteyen herkese öneririm Taner Hoca'yı. Çok memnun kaldık.

Our experience in SARPINO was close to perfect: hotel is brand new, amenities are wide, giving you the feeling of extreme freedom. Serving was wide and surprisingly delicious while beverage assortment was slightly limited. Kid's Club was dynamic helping us with our 5 year old boy. But the best part of the stay was definitely the SKI SCHOOL. Whole family, we got personal lessons from trainers Kader & Kübra who were more then friendly, patient and encouraging which was followed by long practices thanks to unlimited ski pass and became "ski-literate" in 3 days. Looking forward to come back next year, thank you for this lovely vacation...

Ara tatilde çocuklarımızla hotelde güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Odalar yeni ve otel temizdi. Çocuklar kayak okulundan ders aldılar. Başlangıç seviyesi için yeterli idi. Kendim de Yusuf hocadan birebir ders aldım. 2. Günün sonunda kendi başıma kayabilecek durumdaydım. Teknik anlatımı ve sakinliğiyle dersler rahat geçti. Çok memnun kaldık ailecek. Hem oteli hemde Yusuf hoca yı tavsiye ederim.

Check in was relatively smooth; room amenities provided with the exception of body lotion; room cleaning ok not perfect; service staff generally ok but woman receptionist at check in can’t remember her name really foul faced and grumpy needs to put on a smile!! Other service staff generally ok although a lot of them are going around clueless when you have a question about a service for example a la carte restaurant closed they only open it on request! First aid room available but completely closed .. basically you’re in trouble if you need medical attention will need to be taken to the hospital! There’s no small shop in the hotel in case you need anything urgent; I had to call in a cab to get me pain medication as I was feeling a little under the weather. Main snow slope far to reach gotta walk 25 m to get there, bit of an inconvenience with heavy ski equipment. Snow slopes entry huge line but that’s expected during high season. Hotel is new but needs to have more amenities open and not just there for display!! Food and drinks extremely expensive if you miss the inclusive meal times, lunch is only open for 1,5 hours should be extended!! We missed it on one day and had to pay a lot just for a toast and coffee! They thrive on charging customers any opportunity they can and that is something I absolutely hated! The spa and hamam and sauna area are insanely busy and not comfortable to relax in after slopes are closed everyone is there should be controlled in a better way to make the experience nicer for customers. This hotel didn’t meet the price standards it charges for the room and stay, at all. Be prepared, pack in a first aid kit and any amenities you might need in case of emergency and don’t expect a lot. Just enjoy the skiing, the ski room attendants are good but lessons are very expensive!

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel, with nice interior design also beautiful and clean rooms; the food was spectacular and the staff were friendly . However, it was quite far from the piste and the ski lift was a bit difficult to ride. Secondly, most of the staff barely spoke any english. so it was really difficult for us to communicate. Lastly, the basic necessities in our room such as shampoo , toothpaste and even robe …were a bit incomplete. And a side note, it’d be great to have more dress hangers in the room because generally ski players travel with a lot of dress and they need to organize them. Regardless, we had a great time, thanks to the wonderful staff.

Every thing is ok and foods and deserts are good and in exellent condition. Hotel rooms are clean .bathrooms are very clean . Skiing site is so good and tele is so safe . Staff is so friendly. Live music is so good . Sarikamish pist is very very beautiful .

Our stay at Sarpino was great, the hotel is new and clean with a wonderful chalet-like interior design. I'd like to thank Ms.Gözde from Guest Relations who was very friendly and attentive to us throughout the whole stay, making sure we had the best time and being very helpful with anything we needed. As a total newbie to skiing, I was impressed with the ski-room staff who helped out with the equipment we rented and even put our ski boots on. Special thanks to our amazing instructors Ms.Kübra and Ms.Kader, who made the lessons both professional and very fun. The location of the hotel is really nice - you take the baby lift up and then you're at the Sarıkamış ski Center with all the different tracks. The food at the hotel was good as well, plenty of choice for starters, soups, main dishes and desserts with soft drinks included, with 4 meals a day it's impossible to get hungry there, also not a place to be on a diet :) We had a few inconveniences and I hope Sarpino team takes note of these for improvement: - the room was too hot so we had to keep the window wide open at all times, there was no temperature adjusting - the spa was the opposite - the changing room is ice cold, there's only one shower and it didn't work when we visited and there is no hairdryer or other amenities that are standard for a spa section - in the restaurant, there was plenty of bread but all one type which was pretty low-quality - far from the standard or variety one would expect in a 5-star hotel
