First I would like to say that this facility has the best quest relations service ever that I faced, but i will come to that later. I stayed at "Stone House with Swimming Pool" for 4 nights with my family. The furniture, 2 bathrooms and kitchen must be renovated, to be honest all house has to be renovated, it is an old house. when you look at exterior photos you really like the house but do not forget to ask for the interior photos as well. 1st we realize that hot water system doesnt work, they send someone and fixed it properly. Then we realized that wifi doesnt work at all. They send someone the other day and nothing happened. The wifi at that particular house is the slowest and worst internet that i faced so far. It took ages to open one single page. The sheet on the bed was stained. Next day we file our complains and they send 2 cleaning ladies which they had done a good job and cleaned whole house from top to bottom which had to be done at the beginning. Other than those problems garden was good and covered with trees and walls, it has a private garden and private parking spot for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car, no problem, there are plenty space for parking. Guest relations was very sincere, kind and helpfull, and they took immediate action for our complaints. Whenever we need support they were ready with their great attitude. They have a cafeteria in the middle of facility and there was a lady who put her feet on the sofa. I tried to ask her something which she didnt answer and Didn't even bother to get her feet off the sofa. Then it appeared that she's one of the owners, that rude attitude can not be accepted, she's so lucky to have such perfect guest relations service (Cigdem, Buse & Elif). The house that we stayed " Stone House with Swimming Pool" has to be immediately stop accepting guests and renovation has to be started.
