Very bad hotel, the equipment is very old like my grandma. The room is noisy, the front desk don’t speak English. And they told me I consume in mini bar but I didn’t. And I don’t know who knock my door on 8-9pm. And they did 2-3 times. It is bad. Don’t recommend. Radisson is much better

Hotel confortável, muito bem localizado, bom atendimento, bom café da manhã, todos muito educados. Recomendo.

First room had leak on toilet floor, maintenance came, said it was fixed but leak came back in hour. So moved from 4th to 16th floor. One day all the lifts stopped working and had to walk down 18 floors. I spent time at this hotel a year previous and would say general standards have deteriorated. Decent choice at breakfast.

Nice rooms with sofa and space for work & small meetings. Good staff. Close to a large shopping mall. The restaurant has a good buffet lunch, but limited dinner options. Food cannot be charged to the room. The pool is closed for remodel.

The location is convenient and close to friend's house that we were visiting. Breakfast was good.

Old installations and the room is pretty old also. the price Vs other modern rooms/hotels in the area is not good

Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating.
