Ulasan Hotel Livemax Higashi Ginza

Karena kekurangan sumber daya perumahan pada Hari Tahun Baru, saya tidak punya pilihan selain memesan hotel ini. Pengalaman check-in sangat buruk karena kamarnya sangat kecil. Kamar double sangat ramai untuk dua orang. Itu sangat ramai dan bersih, dan ada biaya terpisah. Hotel ini memiliki keamanan dan privasi yang buruk, dan selimutnya tidak bersih. Sekitar 200 lebih cocok. Jika Anda melebihi harga ini, saya akan sangat berterima kasih.

No air conditioning, it’s broken. The room was boiling hot. Could not sleep. No water no coffee no tea in the room. Receptionist was rood. Never again

This hotel is located conveniently (a few hundred metres from Tsukuji Station) and provides just sufficient (but not plenty of) amenities. Not particularly cheap when compared to those hotels in Ginza.

Location is very convenient to food, 24h convenient stores, train stations. Front desk service is not 24h. Laundry service is not available on-site. Room is extremely small, so is the bathroom/toilet. So if you have a cargo size luggage bag, you will not have space to open it 180 degrees.

The staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.

This hotel was a real disappointment for our Japan trip. The service was bad. Staff scolded us and rejected our cleaning request because we are 20mins late. It was really unexpected and we won’t have a problem if they simply told us that they couldn’t do it as we were late. The rooms were unclean and the towels had a weird smell. The slippers they had were reusables and is almost falling apart. I would say save your money and go somewhere else unless you absolutely have to.

The place is close to train station with minimal walking. Area is quiet, with no big hype. Walking distance to Tsukiji Market. Small reception, nothing fancy. But the cleanliness is sub-par and note that the door does not lock on its own. Doors need to be manually lock after exit or enter.

Great location, very quiet. I stayed one night with my 2 kids. The room was small but had everything you need, even a very deep bath. Great water pressure in the shower, and bed was comfortable enough. Very minimal hotel staff, but we weren’t left wanting for anything.

The room is convenient and location is perfect for tourist who are traveling around Tokyo. In addition, the price was reasonable so I really recommend you to stay there.

The room still has smell of smoke in non smoking room. If you wanna have a really low price hotel, there is another choice.

this is a non smoking room, that's why there is no window, the room will be full of steam after shower. the room is quite small, the TV is above the bed

Very near Tsukiji station. Very basic room and service. Umbrellas available for guest.

Decent for a night stay, close to the fish market.
