The hotel's breakfast is exceptional, and I can't fault them in that regard. However, the furniture requires better maintenance, and the cleanliness of the units could be improved. The lack of a dedicated concierge was inconvenient, as I had to handle my luggage independently. Although the staff eventually assisted me, they could have been more proactive in providing assistance to guests. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my bus was delayed to the hotel. I contacted the hotel to request either a one-day postponement of my booking or a cancellation, but both requests were denied. Consequently, I forfeited a fully paid day of my reservation. I believe the hotel could have demonstrated greater flexibility and understanding in this situation rather than prioritizing financial gain. During my stay, my daughter's birthday occurred, and I kindly requested the staff to simply assemble and sing "Happy Birthday" to her, which would have taken a mere two minutes. Despite their initial agreement, they failed to fulfill this request. Overall, based on these experiences, I am unlikely to return to this hotel in the future.

Very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are what you would expect for the price. The bed was very comfortable!

location near the beach and night market and it’s convenience to go around, only the bath towels have some smells that’s smells like not wash it clean, and the pic is the nearest beach from the hotel

Excellent location and service. However, cleanliness and facilities could be improved. The pool was open, however it seems like it has not been clean for a long time

Can see beach , why no hot water for shower

Мы забронировали отель рядом с аэропортом, заселили ночью очень быстро. Вид на море панорамный шикарный, перед балконом только красивые резорты и пляж за ними. Не шумно, соседей не слышно. Удобные кровати, вода в душе уходит не очень хорошо, хотя и напор не очень сильный. Сплит система отлично работает. Сотрудники общаются через переводчик, по английски говорят не очень. Уборка так же только для вида, мебель и шторы грязные и пыльные ( сейчас декабрь, сезон дождей) Вода в бассейне холодная и уровень воды очень маленький, примерно 80 см, поплавать не удалось Завтрак отличный, много всего разного, крепкий кофе, есть веганское молоко и еда, есть и мясное и рыбное и фрукты овощи

Хорошое соотношение цены и качества. Завтраки отличные. Номер уставший. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный.

部屋は問題なかったが朝食はあまり種類が多くはなかった。またシャワーのお湯が出なかったのでフロントに連絡後、係員が来て対応したがこの階はお湯がでにくいの一言で終わった。 結局シャワーは水に近いぬるま湯がチョロチョロだけ出た。

挺好的，房間大，還有陽台，可以看到海。服務也不錯，早餐還可以。性價比很高。
