Atendimento excelente. Tive um pequeno problema no quarto e foi solucionado imediatamente. Café da manhã fantástico.

Staff, location and the pool are fantastic! Clean room and comfortable bed. Second time staying in the area and this place is way more chill to stay at than the big L hotel down the street.

Great location (on the beach). Clean hotel with friendly staff. Elevators were very old, but in working condition.

The positives about this hotel are the location right across from the beach. You can watch a beautiful sunset right in front of the hotel and the outdoor seating for breakfast has a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is located right around the corner from a nice little outdoor food court, but is far from the main ***** of beach and restaurants in Sao Luis. The lobby of the hotel and the restaurant area are the only thing that is really nice about this hotel. When you get into the rooms and the hallways leading to the rooms, the hotel seems more like a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. The hallways are dark with stains on the floors. The bedding and curtains were old and worn in the room. The air conditioner leaked so badly that there was a huge pool of water in the corner of the room that soaked some of my belongings before I realized that it was leaking. Probably the most frustrating thing was that we booked two ocean view rooms and both rooms were on lower floors with views of the pool with just a tiny glimpse of the ocean above the pool structures. We paid extra for ocean view and the advertising of these rooms as ocean view felt dishonest. Additionally, they were constructing some kind of pergola or something in the pool area right outside the rooms so several days were filled with noise of sawing and hammering. It was impossible to relax.

Boa localização, atendimento excelente, camas ótimas, piscina, café da manhã completo onde você pode tomar na área externa. Você pode visitar a praia a noite, andar um pouco pela orla, com padaria, restaurantes e quase tudo mundo perto..

Hotel impecável no sentido de funcionários prestativos e educados. Cama excelente, cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Piscina ok e SPA tambem. Hotel mais velho, entao o SPA precisa de manutencao. Paredes muito mofadas onde o cheiro de mofo era forte. Atendentes do SPA educadas e competentes.

Hotel excelente! Atendimento diferenciado, funcionários muito prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto limpo, arejado, roupas de cama e banho bem higienizadas, piscina com uma vista linda e agradável. Serviço e comida do restaurante muito bons. Todos os ambientes do Hotel são aconchegantes.

Acomodação mediada , boa localização atendimento horrível não é um hotel para passar férias eles fazem evento o tempo inteiro hóspede é tratado como segunda classe , vc não consegue almoçar no restaurante do hotel o café da manhã é uma bagunça perguntam 15 vezes qual o seu quarto de tanta gente. Sinceramente não vale a pena

Bem localizado , em frente ao mar , com grandes espaços de circulação e lazer . O quarto é amplo, cama boa e bom atendimento do staff e dos funcionários em geral . Tem um ótimo restaurante e uma padaria portuguesa no anexo ( comidinhas deliciosas ) . Internet boa . Tudo funcionou como esperávamos.
