The staff are all courteous and accomodating. The room is great and all amenities are superb. I loved the pool. Will book again. Highly recommended.

It was a very awesome  experience. The unit personnel is very accommodating and didn’t leave us without explaining everything. The unit is very clean and the kids enjoyed a lot.

The room is just average since it's an old building. The service is not customer friendly and doesn't aim for customer service satisfaction as only 1 person is allowed to enter the lobby for room verification while.the other companions will be waiting outside under the heat of the sun. Further, I don't understand why we still have to go to that process since they already have a counter outside doing the verification. The room is just an average and what saddened us is we wait until 9:00 in the evening to be given the door key where in fact the checkin time is 2:00pm. Lastly, it took them almost 2:00pm the following day to refund the security deposit of P1,000.00 where in fact we checked out at 10:00am the following day. The administrator is not as responsive and won't accept calls. Overall, I will never recommend this.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the "cleaning fee" which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

During our stay, there was a typhoon, which caused an electricity outage and the elevator to stop for a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were inside the elevator at the time. However, the building staff were very attentive and kept us calm while we were stuck. The host was also very accommodating and replied immediately whenever we needed help or had questions. The room had a great view, right in front of the pool, and we could see the sunset perfectly. The room was also good, very relaxing, and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

The place was clean and the unit so good

It was difficult for access to the swimming pools, not many restaurants, the rooftop and room view was amazing and the staff polite and helpful.
