The vibe is great and with great variety of facility. You can literally spend a whole day in hotel without feeling bored.

The service is welcoming and accomodating. The environment is beautiful. The swimming pool can get crowded during peak. The spa is great and the yoga teacher is very professional.

Good location, good facilities and well maintained, the room is spacious and quiet, huge bathroom, the service is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, good job by Jaken and butler team, good breakfast, delicious wenchang chicken rice, overall good stay, surely recommended

Amazing hotel with a great service! I will recommend the hotel to all my friends. The service and options were amazing and we had a very supportive butler, that helped us with all daily interests. The breakfast was full of Chinese and international options.

St Regis did it again! I’m a huge fan of this brand, and I didn’t think twice before booking this hotel above others for our family vacation in Sanya. Our butler Caroline took care of every single detail, arranging buggy cars, delivery, and other hotel amenities for us. The hotel facilities were very nice, clean and fragrant. Breakfast at Driftwood restaurant was also very nice, paid attention to our requests. For sure we will come back!

The property is so outdated. We waited an hour to get our room as the room we paid to upgrade was doing repair work and we were not advised as we were waiting. The rooms and restaurant smell stale. The buffet breakfast was very average. The hotel has nothing to offer. We paid over 3000 yuan. Definitely not worth it. The only good point is the garden and lobby view.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge selection. Staff are very helpful and WeChat butler service is attentive, responsive and a great facility. On the downside, the onsite restaurants are expensive and don’t offer very good value.

This was my third time staying at the St. Regis. Eaton from check-in, was very friendly and informative about everything happening at the hotel. We traveled for a friend’s birthday so we booked the garden villa. We actually stayed in the exact same garden villa from a previous trip! Our garden villa was spacious and they provided us with a nice welcome snack and wine! Our butler Caroline, was very helpful throughout our entire stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and caring. Throughout the morning or day she would message to see if we needed anything or buggy service. She made sure our laundry was picked up and returned to us in a timely manner. She made sure we received a birthday cake! Our Ayi Parttime, was also very friendly and made sure to make special decorations for the birthday! Breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety of options and free flow champagne 🍾 David from Driftwood was very kind and helpful throughout our stay as well. Overall, the stay was very relaxing and I would stay again. Also, the Ocean and Sky Bar was a nice addition and provided a very relaxing environment to wind down at after a busy day at the pool! Chloe was very nice and made sure we had our drinks or anything we needed. Some things that need improving are: the garden pool villa has too many trees so there is not much exposure to the sun, the pool equipment (chairs and recliners) are out of date and need updating, the Ocean and Sky should have the band play later than 9pm on weekends (it was a great place to relax and chill with a drink but the live music stopped too soon). Besides that, I would recommend the St. Regis to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing holiday!

I had a wonderful time at St. Regis. From the moment we arrived Eton made us feel very welcome. He told us all about the hotel, the things we could do, and upgraded our room. Lucas was also extremely helpful. He made all of our reservations for us during our stay and made us feel that nothing was too much. Chloe at the Ocean and Sky Bar was also fantastic. The amenities were great, especially if relaxing is on your agenda. The pool was never too busy and there were also several spaces on the beach. Looking forward to returning!

Very good environment. Very quiet. Facilities is good. Butler Janet is very professional and considerate. Will explain hotel daily program available thru WeChat and will explain patiently to you if don’t understand. Definitely recommended.

This was my second time visiting the St. Regis Sanya, and again it didn’t disappoint. An incredible location and experience, I would recommend it to anyone. A special shout out to the staff, especially Bob and Dennis, who were friendly, professional and helpful.
