Got plenty of parking

Purtroppo Wi-Fi non funzionava e questo mi ha creato dei problemi per il telelavoro. Alla reception mi hanno comunque avvertito. In ogni caso mi sarei aspettato un’attenzione da parte della struttura in casi come questo. Per il resto buona pulizia ed ottima ubicazione

Un peu déçu pour un 4 étoiles

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, well located, in the center of Divonne, close to the shops and the famous Sunday market. But when it comes to cleanliness, omg, I think they have never, ever cleaned the rugs..

I was given a room with missing metal coffee filter, a bathroom with a moldy shower (it doesn’t cost anything to fix), a water leak coming from the window (see pics). I had to repack and unpack once more to get another room the following day. For US tourists it doesn’t meet any standards we are accustomed. On a bright side the balcony had a view on the river. When you complain you get a smile; you won’t get any discount for the inconvenience. I won’t be back.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell dirty and the rooms look different than the website. I won’t be staying there again.

We only stayed one night before a flight so it was good for that purpose. They do need to clean common areas (vacuum the carpets) better, but the room was good. The restaurant the receptionist recommended was actually closed on Monday (as were others in the area) so we ended up driving to dinner.

The staff were so accommodating and the hotel was in an excellent condition.

My wife and I completed a 3-night stay at this property and were disappointed. The room and facilities did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, there was always a strong odor of cigarette smoke in our bathroom area (reported to the hotel staff), and we had to accommodate a repairman who was changing out all the locks in our hallway one morning. Altogether not a good experience, which we expressed to the hotel and to *********** who we used to prepay for 2 reservations. We couldn’t get the second reservation canceled so had to stay there again to keep from losing our prepaid money. The second stay was in an upgraded room which was bigger and nicer than the first with no smoke smell, but this didn’t make up for the fact that the hotel has a lot of work to do to bring it up to the advertised product.

Very quiet, the little town is adorable! We were not aware we were in France until we got to the store and we tried to communicate. Transportation was a challenge but once we oriented ourselves it went great!

Wonderful hotel

La Propreté est limite dans les toilettes , la douche vétuste , le petit déjeuner inexistant ,le lit creusé au milieu donc mauvaise nuit et le couloir est sale et moquette très abîmée ,on entend les voisins .Les portes de l’entrée ainsi que l’ascenseur pleins de trace de doigts et de saleté , poubelle devant la porte qui déborde .‼️bref ne vaut pas un 4⭐️‼️
