Kami menginap selama 4 hari dan kami bersenang-senang, pantainya bagus, waktu bersantainya menyenangkan, makanan lautnya lezat. Sally dari hotel berbicara bahasa Inggris dan dia sangat membantu. Kamarnya sangat besar dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa.

Hotel yang mengagumkan. Sangat indah dan bersih. Pemandangan laut yang indah dan sarapan ala Barat yang lezat. Petugas hotel dapat mengatur layanan antar-jemput untuk membawa Anda ke berbagai aktivitas air dan pengalaman naik helikopter. Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu kapan pun! Sangat direkomendasikan!

Tempat ini sangat bagus dan kami memperpanjang masa tinggal dan memanfaatkan harga saat musim sepi. Kamar hotel lebih murah daripada biaya sarapan. Artinya, sangat bernilai jika Anda menginginkan tempat menginap yang bagus. Pemandangan dari balkon sangat menakjubkan. Pastikan Anda tidak meninggalkan apa pun di balkon semalaman karena kemungkinan akan tertiup angin jika ada angin. Bagus, ada payung yang dapat kami gunakan di kamar karena hujan turun beberapa hari saat kami berada di sana.

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotless, amazing views of the sea, lush tropical pool area and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were all soo lovely, especially the reception staff who were soo helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to translate from English to Chinese.

The room was immaculate! The view was fantastic! I would advise that if you’re English speaking, don’t bother calling for room service. We called them and the person on the other line said: “Sorry, no English.” and hung up the call in my ear LOL! At least they sent someone over and she took our order from our room. Do not order anything off the menu, just eat from the buffet. I promise you, the buffet is 10x better. And don’t go to the beach that’s across the bridge (there’s a cart that transports you across the bridge, for free). That beach is 50m from the bridge, don’t do it! Rather get a DiDi or taxi to Dadonghai and visit the beach there - a bit crowded but I promise you visually more appealing! The lights at night are gorgeous and there’s also a lounge on the 33rd floor so if you go there as the light show is happening, it’s just amazing!

There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to go across the bridge to find restaurants, which was a bit of a disadvantage. The service was very good. Fruit was brought to the room every day. And for my little girl's birthday, they also made a cake and she really liked it. I would like to thank the manager Sally for this.

Location is best in Sanya. Because there was helicopter, boat service and you can see ocean in front of window. Also you can do shopping near by hotel. It takes 10 minutes from this hotel. Breakfast was so many choices.

I stayed at this Resort for my birthday. Sally was kind enough to gift me a birthday cake. Her customer service is top tier. Friendly and ensure all was ok. The location is not bad, 30 minutes out from the airport. There are many activities to do near the resort so that was a plus.

My stay at this hotel was a good one. The hotel looks so beautiful at nights. The hotel is like 35-40 minutes away from the airport. There are activities that can be done at the hotel, such as helicopter rides. The view from the room is breathtaking. I was a bit sad that I was not able to fully use all the facilities at the hotel due to the surprisingly cold weather. The room was okay, I wish it had a bit more colour and beauty. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Fruits and drinks were offered. Breakfast was good and the food available for room service was also good. Overall a good stay.
