Location is very good, a stone throw away to many places of interest. The room is very clean and modern. Separate shower and toilet great for many to share. The only issue is have is the light at basin area was too dim for make up use.

Nice place and clean. Staff are friendly and we got very nice and refreshing drink and also a welcome bag for booking a room.

Hotel location is Great, but Hotel parking a bit Far, Hotel Staff service nice and friendly.

Good location, easy access to the attractions nearby, walking distance to Jonker Street and Red House, love the chill vibes in late night, will definitely come back for stay in future

Love this hotel. Super clean, complete all the amenities and very walkable to tourist spots. Kids love this hotel so much!

Had a very bad experience during this stay. First, the pillow found yellow stain mark during check in. Secondly, the room is not as spacious as shown in the photo. Lastly, the guests stayed above floor non stop making noise (kids jumping and running around) even its already 1am. Staff doesn’t make the situation changed even I raised the concerns TWICE with 1 hour interval of non stop making noise from the guests. Had a very restless night! During check out, I raised the concern again to the front desk and all I received is only a “SORRY”. Nothing else from the hotel.

Hotel rest collection service bagus, bersih, dan dekat jonker walk . Cuma car park jauh daripada hotel.pelanggan kena check in dan beritahu nombor plat kereta. Mereka key in di computer baru kereta kita boleh lalu palang car park. Kalau kereta bukan customer rest collection, system tak boleh detect palang tak akan buka.

This hotel is very well for short trip, 1. staff is friendly, lobby also provided free biscuit 2. business owner is really think out of the box, they given a freebies since i check in 3. facilities is attractive than others, VR game room, but not for little kid, youngster can come here and experience the future. 4. the room provided the tooth brush is good enough 5. inside the room, bed design, tea table, tv set, bathroom & kid friendly design bed 6. maybe the hotel is still new, restaurant not available yet 7. lastly, even i check out the hotel, i still received a freebies. Very well thinking from first until last, thats all, thank you (my english not well, sorry for my simple review, i will come again, thank you & good bye.)

Superb location with good service. The rooms are very clean with modern deco and gadgets.

Interesting room concept that is extremely suitable for kids and family with young kids. Location is brilliant. You get to feel how is it like staying in a building that has extremely high historical value. Only down side is the parking. The road is one way and if you missed the parking area you need to go 1 big round which can take you 15-20 minutes or more in traffic. The nearest paid parking is hourly rate with no cap and the per entry parking is almost 5-10 mins walk away and it's difficult with luggage. Even the hotel owned parking which is not officially open is 5 mins away. The VR room is great entertainment and staff is extremely friendly. Also, if you are Chinese, you might want to avoid the room in my pic as the bed is facing the door... lol

Room is not huge as we think. Tunnel for kids is not that clean. Bathroom and toilet is together and not separate. After shower all is wet, is not that suitable for old people. And hotel car park was not ready. But u may call them help u carry your luggage. But good point is their location. Is exactly in the red house. And they do not have lift. Luckily we are in ground floor, coz we have old people.

The location is convenient, but this room type has been electricity cut off at least twice a day, and the waiter has no any explanation ＆ apologize.

room a bit small to be honest, but the rest all good :) the AI helper xiaodu is way too cute btw :)

+ve: 1. Good location, walking distance to attractions. 2. Relatively new, the overall concept was nice. -ve: 1. Stayed at the room with slide but slide was right next to the window, obstructed. And it was so steep, causing bruises on my kid's legs. 2.Cleanliness can definitely be improved, room was dusty with many strands of hair and trails of ants. 3. No parking facility. Have to park at a paid carpark a distance away. Not convenient for families with young kids and stroller. 4. Seriously poor soundproofing, we can hear the kids running and yelling upstairs. We didnt make any complaints. But we received calls from reception asking to lower our volume, not to run and jump? My kid was not even jumping and running around, just walking. Have to tip toe? 5. Last point was unacceptable, safety concern, ( didn't manage to capture a picture), there was a big sharp nail popping out from the netting near the slide entrance. My kid was playing and grabbing the netting that's why we noticed the nail and immediately discarded it. Almost caused a bloody accident if kids grabbed at the wrong netting area. There should be checks in place when cleaning the room and also routine check on the safety of room facilities.
