Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, hanya 3 menit jalan kaki & Anda berada di pintu masuk Jonker St & pasar malam, satu-satunya kendala adalah pada hari Jumat hingga Minggu, jalan di depan hotel tidak dapat diakses dengan mobil, dan Anda harus turun sekitar 150 meter jauhnya & menyeret koper Anda & berjalan menuju hotel. Kekurangan lainnya adalah, tidak ada TV di kamar kecuali proyektor, tidak dapat menonton berita apa pun untuk mendapatkan informasi terkini tentang peristiwa terkini.

Generally a positive experience. The hotel is strategically located, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure my family and I had a great time, especially with kids’ activities. However, I did encounter a significant drawback—the towels in our room were stained and appeared dirty, particularly the floor towel. This was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, if the housekeeping can improve the cleanliness of the towels, I'd highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Location: Convenience and in the heart city Clean and staff are friendly. Convenience shop open 24 hours just beside the hotel. VR room and D.I.Y tote bag avaiable Good to stay here and book in advance.

Service really can’t make it . The toilet choke the water all flow out. The aircon is so dusty .

The location is good as a few mins walk to Jonker street. Need to improve on the sound proof of the room as we can hear banging noise. Excellent customer service from the staff and thank you for the welcome and farewell gift which is a tote bag and magnet.

Hotel was near to jonker street and convenient. However, weekends have a lot of road closure if going by car.

Mixed Experience – Not Worth the Price Location: The hotel is within walking distance of Jonker Street. However, weekend road closures make it difficult to access the hotel by GrabCar or GrabFood. The nearest pickup/drop-off point is at Public Bank Melaka, which can be inconvenient for those relying on car transport. Room: Standard Family room is pretty small in size, and it does not felt like 28㎡. Likely we were given the smallest room size among the same category as I manage to take a look into another Standard Family room which is much spacious when I was about to check-out. Room cleanliness was lacking, with tea and sugar sachets left scattered in the cabinets. Sound proof needs improvement. Facilities: Security is a concern as there is no key card access control for rooms or lifts, allowing public access. The room furniture was not well-maintained (slanted table, peeling wall paint). The VR room was largely non-functional, only 1 of 4 machines was working during my stay, and access required a staff escort. The room has 2 fixed short hour time slots. Accessibility is also poor. Many rooms require climbing stairs, even on the ground floor, making it challenging for guests with heavy luggage. The only lift available is small, slow, and it felt like a home elevator primarily intended for handicapped access instead of the normal lift type. Service: There is a strict check-in policy. Early check-in, e.g. 1 hour before the standard time will incur a MYR50 charge. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Melaka, this was the only one with such a policy. There isn't much of an engagement of the staff with the guests as well. Overall: The stay experience did not justify the price paid. Maintenance, accessibility, and service standards is a letdown.

Great hotel. Suitable for families or big groups of travellers. Do note there is no pool or gym and most rooms does not equipped with bathtub. However, there is a small gaming/VR Room for guests to use. There is a small elevator installed for guests on wheelchairs but we can use it too. Few stories high, take the stairs when u can. Instead of TV, room comes with a projector & large screen. Room is small but clean. Room comes with bottled water and a few packet drinks. We were given a complimentary tote bag and drinks as a welcome gift and a fridge magnet as a farewell gift. Delighted. Beds are clean and staffs are friendly. Speaks English well too. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room is big and with Xiao du AI!! However, need to take note of sharp corners on the bed located at the lower floor as well as a step into the toilet. Stairs (within the room and from the lobby to the room) are quite steep too! But the kids are happy with the slide

Staff are very friendly and nice but the room was not clean; there was hair and a lot of dust. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing the bathroom to flood. The air conditioning in the room was broken. We repeatedly called customer service for repairs, but they only knocked on our door at 11:55 PM, bringing a fan for us to use. After we complained, they said they would refund 30% of the cost, but we haven't seen anything to date.

Superb location! 50m from Red Square and a short walk to Jonker Street. Front office is very helpful and courteous. Great place for family stay.

The hotel is in a very strategic location—right next to the Red House and within walking distance to Jonker Walk. We booked this place to celebrate our little one’s birthday, and he really enjoyed it! However, the slide next to the bed is quite steep and feels a bit dangerous for young children. We ended up placing a pillow at the bottom to protect him. It’s definitely a fun place for kids, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for adults. I slept on the bottom bunk of the double-decker bed, and even small movements made it quite noisy. A big shout-out to all the hotel staff—they were great. I mentioned we were traveling with a senior citizen, and they arranged a room close to the lift, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice room for kids and families
