Lingkungannya sangat bagus dan cocok untuk berfoto. Layanan ini sangat buruk dan sepenuhnya di bawah standar:
Menginap di kamar view laut, AC rusak, dan wifi rusak. Pelayan tidak mau menyelesaikannya sama sekali, mengatakan bahwa Anda akan check-out besok jam 11:30 adalah waktu check-out paling lambat. Apakah hanya satu malam untukku? Setelah umpan balik keluhan, saya mulai memikirkan solusi untuk mengubah kamar. Ketika saya check out, ada bar (tidak dikonsumsi) dan ingin menagih. Lingkungannya bagus kecuali mobil masuk hotel akan menimbulkan debu (karena bangunan lain di dekatnya belum sepenuhnya dibangun) Yah, itu bukan masalah mereka.)

Beautiful property! Enjoyed my stay in Santorini. The hotel staff is very helpful. I would definitely come back to this same hotel.

The hotel is nicely located. Nice pool area and a pool bar with a bartender who did a very good job.
Though the personnel in the reception needs to step up their services. No sweet welcome, and the check in went so so slow. The lady had just woken up and was not smiling when coming to the front desk. When I checked out I had to wait for the front desk staffs random conversation to be done. And when they where done the one guy just sat there… and suddenly said: “Oh sorry I just spaced out” 😂😂 just tragic.

Exterior looks good. Most of what is advertised on ******* is untrue. Hot tub is actually cold. There is nothing deluxe about the so-called Deluxe rooms. They are extremely basic. Shower is in the bathtub so extremely unsafe.
View from the hotel was good and it is away from the hustle & bustle of Kamari beach. However, there is a fairly steep climb from the town/beach to the hotel.

It’s on a hill so to go down to town, you will definitely get a warm workout, specially walking up the hill. It’s about 10 minutes to the beach/shops/bars/restaurants but if you want to be close to the beach, don’t stay here. The rooms were pretty basic too. I stayed here due to the view from the pool but it’s not as a nice view in person. Too pricey compare to others that were even in a better location. I wouldn’t stay here again.
