Had a lovely stay here, the staff were hospitable and it was easy to find. Lovely rooms

The blue-domed church is at the doorstep, and the beach is just past it. It's very convenient. Because we arrived too late, the boss came to pick us up. We waited inside while he waited outside. Then the phone call didn't go through or get through, so we could only find a hotel nearby to stay for one night. The boss was very good and didn't charge me for the car fare. The room was very clean and big, with a small kitchen, which was very convenient.

The photos look very beautiful, but it is actually a very poor accommodation, just like a domestic hotel, the shower room, bed sheets, quilts, and pillows are all dirty, I don't recommend staying here

This place is amazing - a paradise: a wonderful location, chill out place, a cosy small hotel with everything you need including a breakfast with fresh ingredient and very god coffee . We felt so comfortable, the kids loved it too! There is a playground just 2 min away from hotel. We were lucky to meet Margarita, who is wonderful and offered us homemade chocolate cake! Communication was fast, easy, reliable. Thea beach is 2 min walking. We would definitely come again! Thanks

Very convenient location. Dimitri was a very nice at the reception helping us with taxi and suggest us a good restaurants around. He also organized an ATV delivery to the hotel. the breakfast was good with very good coffee and an amazing greek yogurt with honey. we had an amazing vacation at Villa Dima. Thank you

This is a wonderful 3-star hotel: It's very clean, with a great view, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Lovely breakfast and view from the. balcony; great and friendly staff who arranged trips for us. Be sure to ask for the bus tour of the island, personally given by the hotel's owner Dimitri. And the boat tour around the island are unmissable... You can just stroll down to the beach for evening dinners - very relaxing. If you ask, they'll perform their own taxi service for you: pick you up and drop you back to the airport for you, so that's one less thing to worry about. In summary, it is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful place. I highly recommend.

We have been to this wonderful hotel twice and there are no words to describe the wonderful experience. Everything is perfect, the rooms, the breakfast, the views, but nothing compares to the treatment of the entire team led by Dimitri. They make us feel part of their family. Without a doubt the best hotel on the entire island.

We really enjoyed our stay, we couldn't rate it highly enough. Dimitri was warm and welcoming and extremely responsive. The property itself was well maintained, welcoming and the furnishings were maintained to a high standard. Breakfast is very good. The amenities were excellent and the room was kept very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Villa Dima to anyone looking for accommodation in Perissa beach.

It was really good location, at popular beaches. The villa has everything you need for a good an clean accommodation in Santorini, with private bathroom and kitchenette. Ambiance is traditional and cozy, cool. The most important thing is that you have reception for anything you need to be arranged like Taxi, Tours , activities and other things on the island. We arrived to Santorini at night, Dimitri arranged for us the transportation from airport to the villa. Recommended.

This is our favorite place in Santorini. We stayed there 2 years ago, and we are coming back this year to meet up with all our friends . It feels like home, plus be sure that you will meet beautiful at the property. Highly recommended if you prefer authentic places. 👌

Really enjoy the area, easy to walk around all attractions, very accessible located in center of Perissa town. The apartment was lovely , spacious, clean and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance to come back to Santorini. ευχαριστώ πολύ

We loved staying in this beautiful apart-hotel. It was spacious, spotless and beautifully designed with a great outdoor space. The laundry service was a very appreciated facility! It is next to some cute restaurants and the black beach Perissa and Perivolos. It was a little hard to find the hotel because in Santorini they dont have name of street or number of houses, but they arranged a transfer from airport directly to hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Santorini!
